  1. Very nice! Elegant and not over the top. Jon
  2. Very mean looking AMC!
  3. Great looking build! Jon
  4. Hey Brain really cool project you have going there. Can’t wait to see how you pull this together. Jon
  5. Love the color! Nice job on the top as well. Great looking overall build. Jon
  6. Thanks I was really hoping not to change it so much that it was not a SSR but make changes that to me made it look better. Jon
  7. One beautiful Mopar!
  8. Hey Jim You are right the rocket panel are a separate piece and I did mold mine in. The interior and chassis are a bit tricky to get in once you do this, but with a bit of playing around you can get them in there. Snake I believe it is the fiery, but I’ve looked at the can and all I can tell from it is the lid is orange. Again thanks for the comments. Jon
  9. Sweet looking Merc Tom!
  10. Hey Guys! thanks for the comments! John, actually the Cutlass got finished way before the end date but never got posted here (was posted in under glass), but that is the only other one that I know of. Jon
  11. Hey Guys Thanks for the comments! Snake the color is Testor one coat orange, with no clear. Espo thanks for your input, yes I said good or bad and meant it. As for the fenders I know you said all you noticed was the big tail lights (which are from a 69 Camaro) but if you look a pics of the real truck you will notice the fenders have been shortened and given a different angle, both front and rear. Also the grill bar was shortened so it does not go across the headlights. I tried to keep my change subtle so you question rather it was that way or not. Jon
  12. That’s sweet! Love the color.
  13. Hey Guys This is one I built for the swap & build CBP. The kit I received was an SSR and since I always dislike the finders on that truck I decide to change them a little. Also use a corvette front bumper on it. Let me know what you think gods or bad.
  14. Hey Guys I know we were suppose to be done on March 1st but I finished this about a week ago, so here it is.
  15. Are we talking any kind of trucks or just Big Rigs?
  16. I agree with Karl, if you are doing a out of the box build it should only be wants in the box. As soon as you start letting guys add things it gets complicated. I say we pick our own kit to build (more likely to get guys involved when they can just grab something off the shelves and build). Just my opinion! Jon
  17. Really great looking build! Love the color combo. Jon
  18. Yeah those dudes can get annoying! Jon
  19. Hey Tom I’m working on it just not much to show yet. Maybe after the holiday weekend I will have something picture worthy. Jon
  20. That's one tough looking '57! I too had several of those cars as a kid, never thought of doing this though. I think you manged to spark an idea in several of us. Jon
  21. Looks good Tom! I like the wood you did, we need more info on what you did. Jon
  22. Hey Anthony Great looking build you got going. I will like the stance on this one. Can’t wait to see more. Jon
  23. Hey Tom Nice work on that roof rack. Jon
  24. Thanks Anthony: I don't know if I would call it talent, more like crazy! Wood grain is a pain, I've seen guys pull it off really well but not me. Just hang in there maybe work on that 37 you got going and come back to this one in a few days. Jon
  25. Hey Tom I looked at a lot of pics online and nothing really did it for me. Something about the fenders just don’t care for them the way they are so with a little vette inspiration and playing with angles this is what I came up with. I think it was what I was going for but when you don’t have a clear vision it’s hard to tell. Like I said I’m not sure if this is it for the mods or if there are more to come. We will see soon. Jon
