  17. This is what I am working on at my desk at the moment...Its a work in progress kind of build that I started back in the 90's when a neighbor bought over a 2 big boxes of old model kits (from the 60's and early 70's!) and said I could have them all. This Sedan was one of the kits in the box....It had been painted several times! and it looks like he might have tried to sand off some of it with some 60 grit cause the roof was badly scratched. There was some other nice old kits in the 2 boxes ...A double dragster kit, unbuilt, Revell's 57 Chevy, mint in the box from the 1963! a 37 ford 40 willys and several partial kits and a few box bottoms with all the spare parts...I was in heaven! lol Then in the ScaleAuto Sketch pad section was a 40 Ford Sedan with the roof removed.....So this old 40 now had new life! Its got the chassis and drive train from the 95 Ford Mustang Cobra kit. From the firewall forward (frame wise) is the frame and suspension from a 57 vette. I am still tweaking the body work a bit for clean assembly of the body to fenders, did a little work to the front of the body and headlights.I was going to make a working roll back top...But now at this point I would just like to finish it off...but who know It could still happen. I dont have any before picture (it was before digital camera's and cells phones!) But here is a couple photo's of what it looks like right now
