Yeah, that's too bad because it will only get in worse condition just sitting there in the elements. See if you can find a tank for it and buy it from the mechanic.

Interesting, thanks for solving the mystery. The front edge/face seemed off too, shaped differently than the other 2 hoods. I guess I'll modify it to fit then.

Got this recently from an ebay purchase listed as a built-up Monogram kit. Well, it's not the 1/24 kit I thought it was but is more like 1/18 scale. Has metal hinges on the hood. Just thought I would post it up to see if there is any interest in it.

Got some 66 Fairlane hoods from SMH, 2 look good and fit but the teardrop looks like it may be for a 64?

Familiar with Myrtle Beach show, been to couple of them. Last I heard the town did not want the Mustangers back there. The red Capri is one my favorites, like the white wagon also. I heard this one got best of show ......

I still find it hard to believe that there will be a kit of a "new" Mustang since everyone skipped the S550 generation, then to do this s650 with no engine detail and toy like chassis, come on. -
