  6. Here's a quick and dirty How To on making your own glass fuel filters as shown in the picture below. The materials needed are: wire that you are using for fuel line ( i used red in the above example and in the how to), #0 crimp beads (the ones that I used are Beadalon brand that I got from Michaels), glass "tube" bead (i got them from michaels but don't remember the brand name), and glue ( i used superglue, but most glues should work) step 1: put the beads on the wire...crimp bead, tube bead, crimp bead. step 2: glue first crimp bead on the wire would you want it to be, followed by glueing the tube bead, and finally the other crimp bead. In the words of Porky Pig...That's all folks!

The top has been chopped 3 scale inches, car has been lowered 3 scale inches, dual french antennae added, trunk opening reshaped, trunk opened and hinged, throttle cable added, fuel line added from tank to fuel pump to carb, glass fuel filter, Detail Masters aluminum coil & bracket, FHP pre-wired 8 cylinder distributor, interior is 2 tone White & Brandywine Scratchbuilt throttle linkage, throttle return spring, generator stand & aluminum muffler Wheels and tires are from the kit. Paint is House of Kolor Kandy Brandywine over Orion Silver b/c, upper area are HOK Snow White Pearl, Nason SelectClear
