  1. It's beautiful even without paint. Wow.
  2. Happy 90th Birthday, Mr. Hines. Wow, and he is still slinging led.
  3. That's a nice color, Frank. Is it that shiny, or did you put clear on it?
  4. Terry, I like it, it looks like you are getting some good, subtle effects. Are you sanding the top coat to expose a rust coat? That works well too, especially if you are using enamels.
  5. That is one beautiful chassis frame. I can't wait to see this one painted.
  6. Thanks, Dave and Chris. I appreciate the kind words. Best, DC
  7. Scott, I love the new word. Goes well with Beautilicious! LOL.
  8. Very nice, you got EYEGORE salivatin'. Great experimentation on your part. The problem I have with these large flakes is that they look out of scale and you are going to need very thick clear to make them lay down and feel smooth. I like the idea for doing some accent/graphic work though. I think this would look great on larger scale models. Would be a killer on a 1/8th hot rod, for example.
  9. Excellent.
  10. Scott, amazing build. Love all the details like the inspired road signs out on back on the stabilizers. Beautiful. Roger, this build and diorama are wonderful. Great job. Looking forward to more.
  11. Seven? Seven, ok. Are you working on a model car version of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs?
  12. Great work on that chassis. Sometimes the stance you want is not easy to get, but you got it here. Keep it going.
  13. I like that engine, it's going to look good in this build.
  14. Nice kit, that front will need work. Looking forward to more.
  15. What? You must have gone to sleep. Sleep up and rest, get those batteries recharged. Hit it hard this weekend.
  16. YES! I love those tail light details you are putting into this build. Very cool.
  17. That's pretty darn simple. Thank goodness for digital photography.
  18. Great progress, and with all this care the body is bound to looks flawless. Looking forward to more.
  19. Chuck, it's beautiful rust. You got it to look perfect. Nice detailing of the interior too. You clearly had a blast working on this one. It shows.
  20. Continues to be beautiful work. Great details, John.
  21. This has to be one of the wildest and largest post apocalypse models. Wow.
