Do you see the 2 screws on the top of the gray plastic screen area? There are indents on that shim where the screws go into. You will need to push them together. You may need to loosen the little screws a bit so it will slide together. Then tighten the screws back up until it moves correctly. This may work or you will have to send them out for repair.
