To many things open at one time does nothing for the looks of the model in a picture. If you only have time for one door so be it. You would not be the first model builder that only opened one door.

It just sounds like you were doing your job to me. If it took you being a ---- well so be it. My sister was known as Atila The Bun at the fast food stores she ran. But when she went to a different store to fix a problem they were calling for her return within a month . She was proud of that. She said the same things about being fair. Everyone knows what you expect that way.

Sam If he was being a jerk it would not have been a PM. If he was trying to make you feel bad it would have been right here for all to see. What he did was tell you what he thought in a privet message so that you and only you could read . This is the right way to do this. Constructive criticism is hard to take but is not intended hurt you but help. Do not let this bother just take it in stride and reread the PM. You may find that he had no bad intent just trying to help. After some time on here you may send someone a PM for a bit of help also. Keep on building Sam .
