  10. I think i need to start sending my model car bodies to you so you can get them all shiny Very nice work, and yes, maybe a black wash on the panle lines would do the paint more justice?
  11. I have the same problem as Grim Reaper, only when i reply to a post though, if i click new reply it works fine, im on vista.

  14. this is gonna be awesome, my aunt has a 72' amc pacer as her classic, they are awesome little cars if you can find a dodge truck kit youll have an engine, amc was owned by dogde back in the day, i only know this from when i ordered a new speedo cable for my aunts car.
  15. Iv'e been lusting after a nice 2nd gen camaro for awhile, so i bought the amt version, i was going to splurge and get the lindburg kit, but i was at hobby lobby and i had to have it Detail is extinct on this kit, pretty much everywhere. Any body have any ideas as to what i can do to spruce it up a bit? thanks,Jeff
  16. One thing you can do to unglue the superglue is freezing the parts, it might take a day or two, but it usually works for me. I see your from Ireland, Im almost all irish
  17. Hey man, if you want it i have a 1/25th scale mario andretti figure you can have, i just gotta find all the parts to him first.lol
  18. that would be pretty cool to see built, especially wiht a big engine and some big ol' slicks but the rules say it has to be american, and last time i checked renault was french.
  19. So heres my first update, i dont have the body work photos, they got deleted and its already in its paint These are the only photos i have right now, but ill add some more later. Those blue marks are for a small "z" i had to do on the frame. In that one you can see some little creature comforts i swapped over from a c5 'vette, power steering,a bigger front sway bar,and a ls1 motor mount All of that coinsides with this.... you can actually see the body in its final coat of paint, just have to clear it now
  20. Ill admit it, my eye site isnt as good as it used to be. Reading the numbers and stuff on my credit card isnt helping at all either, all the "chrome" on it has finally worn off. So i was wondering if i could use bmf to restore that "chrome" on the face of the card? Is it possible? or am i just shooting in the dark here? Thanks,Jeff
  21. Man i need to get building all of these cars are looking good ill post some progress pictures of my elky in the a.m I did choose a color, tamiya mattalic black, its gonna have a ls3 from a c5 'vette.
  22. Ill admit, those v12's sound amazing(ferarris even more) but there isnt anything like an over cammed v8 bbc http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PjYQSB3Cz30...feature=related You can hear those v12's but you can feel a rummbling v8
  23. Heres what a REAL car is suposed to sound like Nah just kidding heres the real video
  24. they did do a good job, but they left out one small detail, fiberglass wont break in a perfectly straight line plus it would of been all ripped up, I only know from when my cousin totaled c3 stingray Corvettes are fun, but they arent meant for teenagers(except this one )
  25. Its gonna look cool when done, i've always had a soft spot for gto's
