Here we go again except this time it's not Revell. Some people are going to gripe and complain about any kit you give them. I see that the chassis looks okay to me. There are gripers and there are complainers that just want to make us other builders throw a book at... :angry:

Yes MPC did kit the Warlock it's the same kit as Lil Red except it was molded in black and had different decals that were in gold.

Great pair of kit's ! ! I wished I had those, I love aoshima kits..

No Tom there were no indication on the box. Just call me weird I like my 71,72,73,75 in the molded and prepainted colors as they do kind of offset the look of them when I put them in the cases. I have the weird Chevy annuals I guess Mine are: 71 Impala is red 72 Impala is prepaint blue (beautiful color) IMO 73 Caprice is prepaint gold (another beautiful color) IMO 74 Caprice is white 75 Caprice is dark brown 76 Caprice's is white (includes the round 2's) Oh well I'm a weirdo anyway for molded in color kits.. :blink:

Thanks Rob for the info, that explains it then why they did it. Did they also do that on the 75 Caprice? Reason why I'm asking is I have a MPC 75 Caprice and it is molded in dark brown but there are 1 or 2 75 Caprice's on e-bay right now that are molded in white. All of my 76's are white.

Steve, I know I seem odd but some of the molded in colors that I like I will just detail, polish and clearcoat them. Rob, I have seen some of the 71's molded in white and just a few molded in red. I got lucky I guess as I wanted the molded in red 71 Impala. Is there an explanation on why MPC did the 71 Impala's in both red and white? I'm just curious.. Thanks for the comment I love these big old Chevy annuals from MPC..

I have the 71 Impala and 71 Chevelle both are still unbuilt, but boy do they some of those goofy looking parts. It's hard to believe that someone would have built all of the 71 annuals with those goofy parts on them.
