It was very nice kit. But it had a few fit issues. The b-pillar cover sould be left ungluded because it need to be removed to open the engine cover. The decals are fantastic.

Thanks for the kind words. I used the AMT 64 Mercury for the body, interior tub & glass. I used the AMT 60 Ford Custom issue for the drive train. It had the correct chassis, suspension, headers, engine & transmission. The exhaust dups were made from aluminum tubing. Let me know any questions you have as your build progesses.

When I add the b-pillar cover it sits too high. It won't let me open the rear engine coer for display. For those that have built this kit ddid you have any issues like that? If so how did you resolve them?

Love it. I post my Torch Red one in a few days when I finish it.

Thanks Les. I would have hoped they would include those in the kit. I hope someone plans to do them. In the mean time I did this by hand. Fortuantley there is a raise portion to use as a guide for the tooth pick, then pen then the knife. -

Anybody loose their summary page that had Active, Watchers, Offers, etc? I lost mine several months ago and can't find anyway to get it back. Any thoughts? -

I used some Scale Finishes base coat through it as a test. No thinning. I sprayed it on an engine and seemed to work ok at the pressure out of the gun. 17psi? -
Great Job. Looking forward to the rest of the build.

I just painted my body yesterday. I used Torch Red over a white base. I got to get some clear order to pt on it.

Thanks for that info. The .3 needle seems a little small for bodies. I think my Badger Crecendo has a .5 for the medium tip. I try mine later today and see what happens. -
