  14. i thought i would post some projects that will be hitting the bench in the near future....they really need finished, and have been sitting idle for way too long! heres a couple 50 OLDS COUPE 49 MERC CUSTOM....i opened the doors, trunk, and the hood has been reverse hinged... im sure you guys remember the "munson olds" from the movie KINGPIN..... the beginings of a totally destroyed convertible top.......made from TP.......still needs alot of work. hopefully these will all be getting finished in the coming months...... thanks fer lookin! cheers bryan

  20. ok guys, im back but moving slow. all of my materials have been sitting so long that most of them have dried out, i lost 2 sets (4bottles) of casting resin.....man that stings a bit! and alot of my paints are dried out, so i will have to resupply when i have the extra money..... i started on this willys a while ago, and decided to get back on it after seeing how richard made his steering work on his 32 rod, it reminded me that i had done this, so i guess its a good place to get started (again) heres a couple shots of the steering, i chopped the knuckles off of the axle, filed them so they moved easily, and added some pins to it. here you can see where i cut the knuckle and steering arms from the knuckle, i have the center tierod completed as well but alas, no pic of it yet. hopefully later this evening i can get something done to it. ive done alot of work to the engine as well, i scratchbuilt some pulleys, and to keep harry happy (haha) i made alternator brackets, and a tensioner for the blower drive belt. they came out pretty good, but again, no pics yet.... stay tuned, ill have pics in a bit. thanks for lookin cheers bryan
