  1. Duty calls and I will not attend this year. I am saddened beyond all reckoning by this. No one will work for me and all i do is help everyone out. I am rethinking my niceness and the lack of reciprocation I receive for it. Have fun one and all.
  2. I bought a Scale Reproductions Eleanor kit last year. I must say it is the nicest thing I have ever seen. I paid quite a bit but the white metal and photo etch make it a sure winner to me. I know Glen Wann had also made an Eleanor body. I had already signed up at SR when he debuted his body. I got mine a couple of months after, since I was Gung Ho about the totality of their offering. I've gone over it often since it sits in line behind a great many projects and its quality is absolutely first rate IMO. I've also heard good things about Greg's offering. Are there differences I should be aware of? I really want it to stand out in the crowd.
  3. Going to the basement to grab one of dads old saws and giving it a go! Great idea.....
  4. I saw that PMS thing in the latest issue of Guitar Player. It looks like a winner. The pick up being mounted solidly seems like a tonal possibility. I know for certain that the blocks actually do something tonally, as I have tested them and it really makes a difference. The L block was/is something I am considering on my project Jackson for this summer. I have an original non fine tuner Floyd for it and the L block seems like a sure fire upgrade.
  5. Here is my go to amp. When you absolutely have to kill everyone in the room. Accept no substitutes.
  6. Not bad.....Not sure why I added a 3 to ST. You'll have quite a stable when these are done. Back in the late 80's my drummer bought a Bitch for his girlrfiend [Appropriate I assure you]. It was super nice. All gold hardware, neck thru, maple top with a Floyd and all the knobs. A real looker like she was. She dumped him but kept the axe. We saw it at the music store maybe a year or so later. I've never seen Mike so pissed. it really affected him. We rehearsed later that day and with the proggy stuff we were doing he was all over time wise which was not like him at all. A real Peart disciple. I'll bet that guitar is worth some money now. I think it's the only BC Rich I have ever played. I was a Jackson/Gibson player then, still am. Here is my Jackson Warrior. I put an FU block in it and it really helped. I swear by these things. My ESP has one in it now as well.
  7. Dragline [AKA: Bob Frias] will be there. I am the tall guy with the long hair. Don't hesitate to announce yourself. I am not shy at all.
  8. Get busy bro. Welcome.
  9. If you do a "Daniel" search on eBay in models [automotive] you'll come up with about 100 or so decals made for the beer truck and Ice T. Not certain if there is Coors in there but just about every other beverage is. The seller claims they are vibrant and all that. I cannot attest but it's a starting point. Hope it helps.
  10. I learned something today... [not being cocky] Thanks
  11. So you have Gunslinger, ST3 and a Warlock there? Testing my BC Rich knowledge. Never owned one but I wouldn't mind a Stealth like Schuldiner had. One of my heroes.
  12. A dull coat on the rat would be perfect. Stupid crazy awesome regardless.
  13. I think those diamond tufts would look just that much better had you sanded their edges and created a puffiness to them. Still awesome no matter what drivel comes out of my pie hole.
  14. Absolutely unique and well done. Those solid fronts are awesome.

Good to see mirrors on it. LOL.... Miss that guy...
  16. Excellent news.
  17. I agree completely. I suspect it will happen. Gregg will get around to it.
  18. Good looking build. I have the Dragon kit. Do you know how it compares to this?
  19. In the right setting this would be epic. Great job.
  20. Thanks again Cato. You were there as a liaison for us all the entire time. For that I thank you.
  21. How much paint was on that thing? Geez. The welded window made me chuckle. I used quite a bit of glue back in the day. I guess we didn't want them falling apart.
  22. Looks spot on. Welcome to the forums.
