  1. Way cool Gregg! I see you're still wearing your winter coat.
  2. I thought it was a miss from the first in car they showed. It sounded like it had a miss, though, the header problem was logical also. I haven't watched much F1. Looking forward to Australia. Is Senna related to Ayrton?
  3. Blake, They can be medium blue or red from the factory.
  4. It is at the intersection of Maguire and 50, behind the Bank of America.
  5. Blake, That kit ain't worth a flip, you'd be better off sending it to me to save your hair. Seriously though, I haven't built it in a long time, but that I remember, it was a nice kit. I don't remember whether there were fit issues or not, but it built into a nice display piece. I recently picked up one and will give it a go eventually.
  6. Cockeyed badges and those taillights, I thought it was obvious.
  7. What Bob said. It was like a winter wonderland around Atlanta. I am not one of those afraid to get out there and drive nor go to the store for milk and bread. Besides, I would rather have a hot bowl of soup or chili and a PB sandwich over cold milk. Here are a couple of pics from Atlanta, northside, near the I75/I285 intersection. By no means comparable to what Bill and the NE got but nice to see. And to think, I considered moving to NY a while back. Glad I didn't get that job!
  8. Everybody refers to it as a glue. I wouldn't call it a glue as it doesn't glue anything, it instantly melts plastic at the surface and just below allowing the plastic to bond together. Take a lighter and melt the ends of 2 pieces of plastic then stick them together. That would be similar to what the Ambroid and Tenax does. They just use a chemical reaction to melt the plastic rather than heat. Don't leave it open for too long at a time. Breathing the vapors for too long will play hell on your sinuses. I learned this the hard way....twice.
  9. Hmmmmmm, Harry must be tired from the holidays! R
  10. Ben, This doesn't sound right to me. This may be the reason you are experiencing the spattering, your Alclad is too thick. A higher psi may eliminate this problem. The Alclad I have is the consistency of water or closer to, like Dave said, alcohol. It is very thin. Also, I have read where others have said they set their airbrush in the 10psi+- range. I don't know the psi of my brush, but have always gotten good results from the first time I used Alclad(chrome and polished aluminum). You may consider purchasing a new bottle to compare.
  11. That is Maguire and Hwy 50?
  12. Slick stuff there Dale! What are the tires from, Sprint car?
  13. Dave, I don't know if Chris is a member here or not. You can contact him through this email addy, bcr1@hvc.rr.com
  14. You could also delete your temporary internet files and cookies occasionally. Doing this will mean you have to reenter login and passwords on sites you have them saved on such as here or other forums, email accounts, etc.
  15. Well, imagine that! The one thing I didn't try was no choice. Is that the way it is suppose to work or another bug to be worked out? Thank You! I have this problem, every time I blink, my head flails about violently. Can you do anything for this from behind the scenes?
  16. is trapped in here!! Help him out, Please!!

  17. I have done that a couple times and just tried it again, no change. I even tried to replace the brackets(BBCode?) with <> arrows(HTML?) to see what would happen, no change. Type sig line then select font, color, etc., no change. Select font then insert sig line, nope.
  18. Harry, I downloaded Firefox earlier and am really liking it. However, I am having trouble with the sig part also. I select the font and insert my name between the center brackets and below is the result. Any suggestions? Les I also tried removing the quotes and no change. In the "Help" section, this is how it shows it to be yet is not working.
  19. He said Ocoee Fla. That is a few minutes west of Orlando. Where in Ocoee is the track? I would like to check it out next time I'm down.
  20. I had to download Flash also, no big deal. just download it and carry on.
  21. WOW!! I have to say that Firefox is substantially faster in response than IE7 was. I shoulda done this along time ago. I like it!! The spell check is cool too, quicker than correcting it yourself.
  22. Jody, If you're used to having your "favorites" open on the side of the screen, you can go to the top of the browser window and select view/sidebar/bookmarks and that will open in place of "favorites". After that, select view/toolbars/bookmarks and that will get rid of the bar with all of those buttons you don't like.
  23. George, Click on this link below and look on the right side of the page for the globe with the Firefox around it. Below that is a green box that says "Download Now - Free", select that and follow the directions. File size is 7.7mb. I don't think it took 20 seconds with 6meg DSL. Dialup will take longer though. http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/personal.html I switched a couple hours ago after using IE all of my internet life and I like it. Works faster(with DSL anyway) and is not much different in appearance than IE. It has the "Tabs" that IE7 had. A couple buttons are moved around but easy to adjust to.
  24. Looking for directions on using Future a couple years ago, I found this forum. I don't use it as I don't build aircraft but it is a big one. 13,000 members, 1.22 million posts. The tips and tools section is 600+ pages. http://www.arcforums.com/forums/air/index.php?
