  1. Coming along really nice Tyrone! I love what you did underneath .. very cool. Tuned in for more updates. Keep up the outstanding work on this one.
  2. Marc, welcome back and awesome job. The wheels and color are perfect!
  3. I've used the same mold release mentioned by Greg for 3 years without ever an issue. I also do not wait more than a couple minutes after spraying the mold release. I have NEVER had an issue with sticky parts, un-cured rubber, etc. Do not use Vaseline unless you'd like a mess on your hands and parts. If you use the proper materials you'll have far less issues.
  4. Very nice Chief! Always impressed with what your coming up with and your use of this new(er) tech. Outstanding work.

    Opel!

Awesome job Marcos! Love the color and little details. Super clean and nice work as usual!
  6. Thanks Nick I couldn't find any info out there on whether the show was still taking place or not. Guess it is lol. Thanks.
  7. Pat, stunning and creative. I love the look and details of this thing. Super nice job!!!!
  8. AWESOME!
  9. That air cleaner and wing nut are off the chain!! May I ask what the drivers arms are made from? They look sculpted from something. Such a cool build!
  10. I read about this a week ago. This is very cool indeed. Wouldn't scanning an object also play a part though in its printed resolution somehow? As in, if the scanning is done at a lower resolution your part will print with a lesser quality to it? Very cool tech though.
  11. Another cool build! Love this thing.
  12. Awesome work Dirk as usual!
  13. Another awesome build! Looks great.
  14. Thanks really awesome. I have the same kit near my bench right now that I hope to start on soon. Excellent job. Love the surf boards!
  15. Um, he has also claimed with each eBay listing that it was his "last" kit. He somehow always finds more A number of months ago, he sold his "last kit" for about $650.00. Personally, I cannot justify that type of price and I do not like one bit that he keeps listing more as "the last." I've been on his facebook a bunch of times and he seems really greedy. He actually is/was looking for someone with deep pockets to pay for his move from Hawaii back to the mainland for him. He is also quite negative in nature and blames everyone for all of his woe's and sorrow's in life. He wont be seeing a thin dime from me.
  16. Robert, if you want your masters to release / demold easier I would also suggest as Greg mentioned using Price Driscoll Ultra 4 mold release. Using any of these other funky alternatives simply is not worth the clean up hassle. I've used the PD stuff for this purpose myself and it works wonderfully.

Love the color. Looks great! Nice job.
  18. Gents ... appreciate the feedback. I know Al is awesome. He has chatted with me offline via email before and I have ordered a few times from him as well. Just got a little worried when he seemed to be showing up on the forum regularly again and then all of a sudden he disappeared after I ordered. I'm glad he is well and its rather good he is busy with his "day job." Medium Al is an outstanding guy with outstanding products so I'm glad to hear all is A-O-K. Thanks fella's.
  19. I hate to do this because Al is great, but has anyone heard from him? I ordered at least 2 months ago and he confirmed my order but nothing since. I did email him but received no reply.
  20. Looks amazing Tyrone. Great job all around.
  21. John, awesome progress! Love this thing and such a sweet representation of the real thing. Keep up the stellar work!
  22. Chris, that looks amazing. Nice job as usual.
