Always wanted to do that to either the Dime or Blazer,sadly,sold em both before finding the parts needed...maybe a 1st gen next year,I know where several 1st gen Bravada's are junked out Today,picked up a pair of twin pizzas,and a couple cans of Duplicolor for a new project started this week

Looking good! I just cracked open the same kit. Mine will be built OOB (unfortunately,LOL! ) for an OOB CBP though-interested in watching this one,I may have to build another one more this style too (besides...I have that sweet resin cowl hood for one...) . And welcome,BTW

I have a set of cast resin wheels-IF I CAN FIND EM-like those,and I'll probably use a pair of AMT drag slicks along with skinny wide whites up front,assuming they'll fit together without much fuss. Looks like I'll be trying to hand paint the flames,though,no stencils and no airbrush,LOL!

I was wondering that too...wouldn't this one be a modified reissue of the '40 Standard Coupe (green on box art) Revell released a few years ago? Cause their older '40 Ford offering would be the old Monogram 1:24 scaler,right?

I loves it too,Brother! REALLY has the right look,just enough of everythig (detailing,weathering,lowering,horsepower,period correctness,etc),NICELY done,my friend,nicely done Harry,yeah,I noticed that too,was actually making mental notes on looking for ways to fix that,I'll be building that kit (for a cbp elsewhere) over the next several months. Dr Cranky,is that something you notice as you're building it up,or not until it's too late? I ask cause I tend to forget things (I have a Doctor's excuse for memory though,LOL...no,really!). Seeing yours and watching it come together REALLY makes me anxious to get mine done but I can't start it until 9-1-12,LOL! (barign in mind I only found the build thread today,but I read through it )
