  6. I likes it! Istill have the large-ish (and super dang heavy when we moved recently,LOL) PC desk setup inside-until I can get the new workshop climate controlled,I'll be using it inside the house for "during the heat of the day" working
  7. DANG that's gunna be KOOL!!!! Looking great so far :D
  8. Deleted my original post,it just hit me,there's more... Revell: '49 Merc (I've built one, have another WIP as we speak,at least one more in stash) '48 Ford (while I haven't actually built one yet, there are 3-5 in the stash,1 or 2 ready to get started) '06-Present Mustangs (I've built at least 2 '06-09,plus a snap kit '10 ragtop) '64.5-06 Mustang kits (I'm a Mustang man,but you knew that already, right? ) '32 Ford series (I've built a few,and have at least one of each varient in the stash presently) AMT: '32 Ford (all varients) '40 Ford (all varients) '41 Plymouth Coupe '50 Chevy truck '50-72 Chevy trucks '93+ S10/Blazer/Sonoma I'm sure there are more I've built multiuples of over the years,I forget (hey,it ain't "Oltimers" creeping it,I have a doc's slip for memory,I hit my head REALLY hard 11 years back )
  9. AWESOME shine,Jared, and you KNOW I dig sinister blackness
  10. Okey-dokey ok then,LOL Wow,I'd almost forgotten about Dragnet,I loved that show as a kid! (it was well into it's rerun status by then,LOL,before my time-but not by much,LOL)
  11. Me too,though it's been a while since I bid on one. Nice haul,Brother!
  12. Didn't get to work on much of anything today-too much errands to run,LOL! Here's some pics though, with a new score (just sitting) on the bench, picked up today I did shoot another couple coats of clear on the Merc I'm working on...I'm beginning to believe the clear I have (Duplicolor "Protective Clear Top Coat") is'n actually a "glossy" coat, just a sealant-that's ok for this build, but would be a pain on others if I don't find out (it doesn't say anywhere on the can....anyone?)
  13. Well it looks great despite the hassles you had Jonathan,IMHO
  14. ANY updates? Anyone building one???
  15. I already have one,LOL,clear title and all!
  16. Hey now, some of us are soccer DAD'S
  17. Wow...that's just horrible,my friend. Of COURSE your family will be in the front thoughts and prayer here. I don't know you,but we're both human beings,AND modelers sharing this fine place,so we're family. Much prayer for y'all Brother
  18. I have 3,one is barely stalled (I'm wanting to get back to it...just haven't yet),one is very stalled (completely lost interest),and one I'm working on at least a few times per week. Though...I'm kinda itching to start at least 2 more...
  19. Brother,I'm sorry to hear about your daughter,I hope she feels better and there's no issues with the bite/surgery. Added to our prayers. And yeah,"good Dad"!
  20. That engine looks fantastic (as does the bodywork ),can't wait to see more
  21. The other day I was looking for one of my masking tape rolls, looked all throught the workshop, moved kit boxes, looked under the bench, looked in every room in the house, tore the van up (thinking maybe I'd seen it in that box that never got unpacked when we moved this past month-I KNEW I'd seen it since moving...),drove all the way out to the mini-storage rental to look because I found I'd taken that box out of the van afterall-couldn't find it,so I drove (while still out) to Wal-Mart to pick some up,got back home and as I walked into the workshop, sitting stacked together on top of 3 displayed builds there sat both the blue and the green rolls I'd been searching for...... There was this one time (not at bandcamp-not model related either) the Wife was with me as I was hauling freight somewhere up the east coast (Jersey,I think),coming up to a toll booth in 5 miles,I couldn't find my hat (hair was a mess, and I was that vein,LOL)...who was dumber? ME for not knowing it was on my head,or HER for looking right at me when I asked to help find it,and then she looked feverously until I realised it was in fact, still on my head?
  22. Like I said,I'm speaking of RESIN parts, not styrene (for the fourth time ),your kit bodies are styrene...
