You might want to try some Humbrol #56 aluminum. Dries dead flat and is really useful if you want a cast aluminum look like transmissions. grumpy gus

Well the interior painting isn't going so good. The orange will need about five coats to cover because I painted the whole interior black first. She's getting stripped and will be classic black and white instead. grumpy gus

I put these pics in a different thread earlier today but I thought they should be in the right thread. I tried to use the red panel decals from the kit but they don't fit right so I improvised. Don't laugh too hard. Now it's ready for clear coat but I may strip it and go with a Petty blue color before it's all said and done. grumpy gus

A word of caution about Ross GIbson engines. Some of them seem to be overscale and won't fit in the car. Of course it depends what type of car you are using them in. grumpy gus

If rolling wheels aren't a requirement for you then just super glue the wheels to the suspension parts. It worked for me. grumpy gus

I think yer on ta sumthin there Mike. My favorite wheels have always been 5 slot aluminum of any make and Cragar SS. I also love Mopar Rally wheels. grumpy gus
