  1. Wayne's World! Wayne's World! Excellent! I hope a resin caster does the early hood and grille! I never understood this, if it made it easier to get into the rear seat why weren't both doors longer? (Most parking is done in lots or driveways)
  2. I would think most buyers for this kit would be looking for a trip down memory lane, not a totally new updated state of the art kit.
  3. I'll be there, old grey-headed bearded overweight ugly guy. Say hi.
  4. It's a 327 small block with a 4 speed, but I don't remember what speed equipment is included.
  5. It's been dry for most of a week, the yard was FINALLY drying out, and the rain returned today. Rain is in the forecast every day for the next week. We actually had some snow furies a week and a half ago.
  6. You guys know that it was only some movies and didn't really happen, right?
  7. This isn't the first time Trosleys drawn this gag, the first time I saw it years ago the rod was nice and shiny!
  8. Someone here on the site was selling 68 Mopar side marker lights that looked great, just drill a hole and install, but I sure can't remember who.
  9. I'm closer to Indianapolis but I now have a moat around the house, (I hope the county doesn't raise my taxes for having a "waterfront property") Everything important is off the floors. Under a tornado watch until later tonight. Still nothing like the photos above, you guys be careful!
  10. YES! Jr. Stockers! But don't get your hopes up, with all of the resin bodys for tri five sedan deliverys and wagons out there none of the aftermarket decal guys seem to want to do them.
  11. Thats the way I see it. Yep!
  12. Actualy, what I've got in mind would probaly have to be scratchbuilt. I was thinking of a mid 50's tractor and transport to put tri five Chevys on, like a load going into a dealership. I bet youv'e guessed I've never built a big truck before and know nothing about them.
  13. OK, I thought it would be much older because it doesn't have a car over the tractor cab.
  14. I can trim the tabs off, what I want is for them to quit making the custom wheels in 20 or more inches in diameter.
  15. I'm sorry, I didn't make myself clear. What years would this transport been used for new car deliveries? (mid 50's, 60's, ect.) Thanks for the responce.
  16. The last time I made this show was in 2011, it looks like the new location has the entries up.
  17. clovis, where in Indiana are you?
  18. What time period would this transport trailer be correct for new car deliveries?
  19. Those are extremely nice kits, and it looks like youv'e done good with it. Out of my price league nowadays 'thoe.
  20. You can build a model with just the parts in the kit??
  21. Well, I didn't fell up to a two hour ride (both ways) in 30 degree temps, so I didn't make it. Did anyone get any pictures?
  22. I remember a poll taken back in the early 80's (Motor Trend?) where owners of US built VW's had far fewer problems than owners of German built ones. But most owners stated that they felt the German built cars were better built.
  23. It's suprising how many of us are talking about a bad economy when the news every night tells us about how great the recovery is doing........
  24. I'll take one of the first sets printed! NOW I can finnish that thing after all of these years!
