  1. That is just sweet! G
  2. Tanks for the reminder, cars only, got it. Jonathan hasn't fully experienced my "support" as yet. G
  3. Here's another. And one WIP. G
  4. Good stuff there my friend. They look clean and well detailed. I wish I would have bought a bunch of Crown Vics like you did. G
  5. I kind of think the Mayans had alot more than the calender going on back then, what with the Spanish tearing stuff up and all. Charlie I've seen the ruins in the Yucatan, as well as other sites in Mexico. Treat yourself, GO! G
  6. Well in my humble opinion, John is off the chart on a scale of 1-10. No one is perfect, but he comes as close as you can get. Mere mortals are left blubbering in his wake. G
  7. This time I will be at Desert Scale, Mrs G is making me attend. It would be good just to see you again my man. G P.S. I was surprised and grateful all the coffee remained where it was supposed to be.
  8. Jonathan I like what you have done here so far. Lazy or not that is a fine build. Now if you would just attend shows I would be able to see these fine specimens up close and personal. Wazzamattah u? Skeered of the big man? As far as golf ball holders , well I have found various and, should I say, unique ways to store items in a police car. My favorite though was my final checkout ride in Traffic Safety aboard a Harley D Police Special. After cone drills and other slow speed manuvers I was informed the sergeant required a cup of coffee, NOW. Oh, and he wants it from a local joint about six blocks away. Cream and sugar please. It should be sufficient to say that every napkin in the place rode back in my right saddlebag, safely cradling that oh so precious cup o' joe. G
  9. Nicely done Ken! Show us some more please. G
  10. You maybe want to look at Krylon's "Shortcuts" line of small rattle cans, but I for one believe this will require a trip to an OReilly's for some Duplicolor "Real Match". Top you might just have to "wing it" and eyeball the color. G
  11. In Las Vegas, monkeys fly.......................... I've seen it, usually when talking to Elvis. G
  12. My own ride. G
  13. Nice collection! You seem to have some passing interest in NASCAR............................................ G
  14. and every one was a Enery, (Enery) not a Willie or a Sam......................... G
  15. No car collection at all, and I'm back to just one motorcycle again. The only bike I didn't sell is my beloved 1995 BMW R100RT. G
  16. Woolworths in the then big St Louis suburb of Jennings Missouri. That store had TWO floors and the entire half of the lower floor was toys and gasp models! Planes flew from the ceiling, tanks crawled up the shelves looking out over the entire area. Cars drag raced in a display behind the check out counter. Every visit I felt I had died and gone to heaven. THEN they added a sporting goods section nearby with, OH MY GOODNESS, handguns prominently displayed in glass cases right there where every one could see them! Rifles and shotguns nearby as well. Be still my beating heart. G
  17. Yuppers! I'm thinking about building one with a silver turret, blue hull, and the NHP markings. It will fit right in with this one. G
  18. That's the problem with being the driver, you know you will get shot at first! G
  19. Squadron and Sprue Brothers both have them at about $45.00. I highly reccommend the AFV tracks which, unfortunately, add another $20 or so. The best part is the vinyl mantlet cover is only about $4. The Shot Kal has a metal barrel with a plastic fume extractor. The fit was flawless, as you can see. Lucky Model has the tracks and mantlet cover REAL CHEAP but postage is a bear. G
  20. What he said.................... G
  21. Whoa, no more swimming for me..........................Can't afford any further shrinkage. G
  22. Do it Brian, you won't be disappointed. This was a great kit to build. I also used AFV Club's aftermarket tracks, mantlet cover, and PE mesh set for the turret rack. It's ashame those aren't included in the kit, but it really doesn't matter. The tracks are so cool, they snap together. No glue, no fuss, no muss. Click and paint. I plan on building the '67 war S'hot soon. G
  23. Israel used the British Centurian tank for decades, modifying it to meet their needs. By 1973 and the Yom Kippur War, they had an American diesel engine installed. The crew is a resin aftermarket set that I super detailed a bit with mikes and cords made from 28 ga wire. All the paint is MM Acryl, weathered with oils. I'm planning a rocky desert base for this, so stay tuned. G
