  1. I like that, a lot! G
  2. Tip or not, the evidence at the scene will tell how it started. Not the easiest investigation to begin with, then combine all the combustibles in an average hobby shop, and, well, gentle reader it can be a stone cold female dog. G
  3. Hmmmmm, I was wondering what to do with all the leftover '71 Charger parts............................... G
  4. Very clean. That's a moonshine runner if I ever saw one. Shades of Gator McClusky. G
  5. Exemplary G
  6. Until I saw the flag photo I believed you were posting pics of the real car. Spectacular build my friend, spectacular! G
  7. Your work is very, very nice. Cleanly and neatly done. This leads me to ask why you are leaving that horrendously large ejector pin mark on the top of the tranny hump? Which also begs the question why Revell chose that spot for the pin? G
  8. To get away from all this. G
  9. That is one clean example there Nick. I'd love to own that one. Flipping the lid over resulted in the most ungodly howl ever heard when you floored it. We convinced ourselves the cars accelerated better that way, but truth be told we all liked to hear that noise. G
  10. You're young yet, give it time. G
  11. There is a reason I moved to the Mojave Desert. G
  12. Little of the radio equipment changed until the mid to late eighties with the advent of digital trunking systems. Radar units progressed a bit, but that was mostly internal. Shotguns were the same. G
  13. AMT Chrysler 300M. That's all I'm saying for now................... G
  14. Floquil - enamel Polly Scale - acrylic Both are very very good paints. I just used the Floquil enamel with the Testors "Universal" thinner and the results were great. As stated the various colors of black and silver are a plus. I used Grimy Black for the interior of a new Challenger and it contrasts well with the black embossing powder carpet. It is a good representation of the real cars dark charcoal gray interior. I compared it with my B-I-L's car. G
  15. My lovely wife and I are at the age where we have all the "stuff" we want or need. MrsG always says don't get me anything and I say the same. I do get her a card and we go to dinner as her bday is the 27th, but other than that, nothing. I quit smoking a year ago and one of the incentives was her telling me that the money saved on cigarettes could be used for my hobby. That my friends was a no brainer for me. So I get what I want, when I want it, and don't expect any gifts. I spend on her too, just I ask before hand. G
  16. I know Jefferson County very well. I have many friends in the Sheriff's Department thanks to the Major Case Squad. Good to have you here! G
  17. I'm deeply saddened by the loss of one of the good guys. Fair winds and following seas shipmate, 'till we meet again. G
  18. We still have....................SHOWGURLZ! G
  19. I have a granddaughter older than him! Congratulations young man, follow your dreams. G
