This is how mine is set up..a little foam around the edge and it creates a nice seal If i decide to paint during the winter months.

I wouldn't mind a Pace booth myself, but...I've emailed them a few times this past year, inquiring about shipping costs to Canada and have been ignored. I called a few times and couldn't get through for some reason. Oh well!

Someone purchased the beginner package for me last Christmas. I still haven't used it. Anyone know how long this stuff lasts unopened?

that's so freaking cool. just beautiful!

I've been using other putties and fillers by Tamiya and Squadron, and I find they either shrink, or chip if/when I come to drill in the filled spot. Does Evercoat shrink or chip when drilled. Also, since it isn't a hobby type putty, I imagine there must be plenty of fumes. The hobby putties are relatively safe, so do you guys were a mask when using and sanding this stuff? Thanks, Mike

No graphics, I was going to paint 4 different bodies this weekend. 2 are gonna be pearls, 2 are gonna be kandies.

Should I be laying a coat of clear between my base coat and candy/pearl coat? --- Mike

I plan on building one of those as well. When I look at it I see a red base coat covered by an Orange Pearl

So...the story says, the driver was trying to change lanes and hit the median? What lane was a switching to..the on coming traffic lane? and...BTW....you'd think the other guys would have more than enough time to react since they were probably all driving way below the speed limit!

I still use my Sharpies, but I`ve found these and use them most of the time now. They`re fantastic. They come in Extra Fine and Super Fine, Gold, Silver and White. As I said still use the Sharpies, usually for large pieces..but when it comes to finer detail, these pens cant be beat..

I have a few kits I`d like to build, Space Shuttle w Booster Rockets, Saturn Rocket, Lunar Lander and the Apollo Space Craft. Thought I`d try my hand at something else for a change. Anyone know of some good communities that cater to these kinds of builds

Since the LHS only carries the Model Master foil, I've been using MM Foil exclusively since I got back into building a few years ago. I've yet to try BMF though. Is there any real difference between the 2?
