    Yep its the law here too. What irked me today was last Friday...my cousin son was killed in a motorcycle accident here.

    Simply an Amazing build....!...very nice work love it...!

    Harry...some of the GTOs,etc. had rubber/urethane type painted bumpers than matched the body colors...box art is just probably making it hard to tell or just not accurate looking for the car. I love the old Craftsman kits...!

    I love promos and restoring them to the original condition...always looking for more for my collection of them. If I find ones that are too damaged to restore they become model projects or parts to save another promo someday.

    YES...Me too Dave....I had one as a kid and would love to have another with all the original stuff in it...heck Id be happy with just all the extras it came with even the cardboard topper and phone company stuff.

    Cool.... I wish someone would make a kit of one like AMT was going to years ago.

    I use ether of these two to de-chrome parts... Castrol Super Clean de-greaser Brake fluid...this one is easier on the hands I use the disposable medical type rubber gloves for a one time use I get a better feel of the part and can hold on to it better...just remember to wash all parts after the plating is gone well with warm soapy water under a sink(soap that has no oils or lotions in it)

    Sorry to hear that Lee....a few years back we had to have our oldest one put down she was 21...was very tough on us.

    Welcome Sheena....Were always glad to see anyone join us here...glad to have you with us..! There are very many really nice people here for any questions,etc. Best advise anyone ever gave me is to treat every part as if it were a model itself...good luck on your first build.
