  1. Welcome Will..! Building is my life..cant imagine not building anymore...scary thought..LOL..
  2. I grew up with Pontiacs in the family..LOL.. we owned some really nice ones id love to be able to make replicas of someday...finding / affording them or the stuff to do them is the biggest challenge. Ether way very nice work on the resins Larry.
  3. Welcome Joseph..! Welcome back to the life and thanks for your service to us all. Any time away from plastic is too long.
  4. Man that is NICE...! Yeah your normal...me I tend to take my own time building too...in the end it shows in the results.
  5. I like all these ideas for parts packs....id also like to see some old and other companies parts come out in parts packs if ever possible like.... AMTs 63 Ford pickups overhead camper top. IMCs old Touch Tone Terrors phone company parts, etc. along with the decals to build both versions of this kit. AMTs old go cart that came with the 60s Ford pickup kit. AMTs service car trailer with the tire rack back out again. MPCs Universal Dune Buggy 1/2 cab parts.,,etc. MPCs old U-Haul style 2 wheel trailer. A scale 60s phone booth. Other camping trailer kits...there kind of a neglected area in plastic.
  6. I love the 60s wagons and am a scale wagon model nut. I built a 69 Plymouth 4 door wagon awhile back from the 68/69 RR kit. Hubley also made a 61 Ford 4 door wagon...mines rough needs a lot but its still cool...they also made a 60 Ford 4 door wagon once. AMT made a 64 and 65 Chevelle/Malibu 4 door wagons..63 Nova 4 door wagon...78? Pinto wagon and Pacer wagon...60 Nomad 4 door wagon...62 Buick 4 door wagon..and..? Johan made a 60 Plymouth 4 door wagon..62 Olds 4 door wagon. Id love to build and collect more wagons..specially some like my family once owned...wagon kits are far underrated they have a ton of possible building versions if one has the parts and ideas. My family owned these wagons once... 57,59,61,64,70 Ford Country Squire wagons. 61,64 Falcon wagons. 65,66 Mercury Colony Park..? wagons. 66.? Buick Skylark Sport wagon. 70 Cutlass wagon 70 Lemans wagon with the GTO nose on it. 59,64,68,69,70,72 Bonneville/Safari wagons. 66,69,70,73 Impala wagons. 68 Rebel wagon. 69 Ambassador wagon. Id love to do these someday..would be good for the memories if nothing else.
  7. I always liked the HT version of this kit even though it would be nice to see a factory stock version of it. Good to see the older stuff coming back out for us all.

  15. I have no clue how anyone couldn't love these kits they were way beyond awesome. I built most of them as a kid and loved them...they were nicely detailed kits that built very nicely too Id love to see them come back someday but not going to hold my breath on them. I have the IH 4070A truck but its very rough...maybe someday Ill be able to restore her to her formal glory..? AMT and Ertl made some very nice kits back then.

  19. Steve buddy...thanks for the information...it was a SJ model must have been the 428ci one then. It ran so hard it was unbelievable...loved that thing. I have a 69 and a 70 model but they both need a lot of parts yet before i can do anything with them.
  20. Nice build..! I remember building this kit as a kid it was not a easy one but its still a cool little truck model.
  21. We once owned a 69 and a 70...thinking the 69 was a 455ci..4 speed car..real beast too. Id love to build replicas of them someday and others we once owned.
  22. Welcome John...! That ship is sweet looking love the inside view area on it...very cool. Like you..Id love to find more models that I once had as a kid someday...would be good for the memories if nothing else.
  23. Dann...those are way out of my range..LOL.. I would like to build a 007 diorama sometime though.
