Welcome Greg..! All model brands have there own issues at times but me my favorites are AMT...MPC...and other out of business companies that made great kits(some required more skill or work than others)though. Monorgam kits are usually easy to build as well. I have been building all my life since about 6 or 7 years old...even some of the snap kits can be good ones...I build them and full glue detailed kits. Best advise anyone ever gave me on building is to treat every part as if it were a model itself..and take your own time with them.

Yeah I have been itching to build mine due to the level of detail....got it at a store and sealed but did not open it till a year later and found it missing them...I have to get better about opening them when I get them in the future.

He sent me a text message a few weeks ago but that is all I have heard from him in awhile buddy...hope hes doing ok.

I have that same kit Hugh...mine was missing the tires and wheels when I got it...its a highly detailed kit.

That Lantern fish with the big spiked teeth would make a wild sort of Tom Daniels build....reminds me of the Nitro fish...love that one.

At least you have the grilles even though one is damaged...there the hard part to get. I have future project build for a 73-76 crew cab 2wd 3/4 ton with the factory bed camper top.

Dan buddy...man that 65 is looking good. Id love to have a 1 to 1 crew...they ride better than the regular trucks due to their long wheelbase. I have plans for a few crew projects myself in the future.

I do not have any experience with resins yet ether...know that feeling. I think AMT made them in their(motor city)issues...love to have some of them.

Yes they are..now if we could just get them to re-issue the 70/71 LTD 4 door HT one for us....please..
