  1. Nice build..! id like to build a track crane with a grapple claw someday.
  2. Thank you buddy...I just try to do whats right.
  3. Carl buddy...Me I find cheaper rebuilder projects at garage sales/second hand stores and antique malls at times...could not afford it if I didn't. I just do not have that kind of budget to. id love to have unbuilt ones to start with but many times one just has to work with what they can find. I also do not mind the challenge of trying to bring them back from the dead..its rewarding to see them in their glory again.
  4. I REALLY hope this is the one they will re-issue...I had one as a kid and would love to have another or two of them.
  5. Same here Bill...I actually prefer them myself...metal axles never sag over time or break off.
  6. I just had a trade with you too Vince....your always a great trader in my book...!
  7. I feel the same way Kerry does...but another aspect of it is what one can find or afford to get even though everyone would love to have a pristine kit to work with. Me many of mine need a lot but if I can find the needed parts for them I know I can bring them back to life again...I am willing to do the work to I have the time as well to pass by. I have restored many that most others would never even give a second thought...its like saving some history to me as well.
  8. Love it...! I wish they would make one of that era or older in 1/25th scale.
  9. Me... I would build any old kit or rebuild any old buildup that needs it...old buildups needing TLC need to be restored so we save some model history.
  10. I like it...LOL..
  11. I have to agree....the driver figure adds so much to the look. I love to see older kits and builds too.
  12. Nice Ron... I always liked this style of the Lincolns .
  13. yep I got mine from Rick...thanks..! Here if i want to mail a letter to the other side of town it goes to another town in MO. then back to here...why..??? Talk about waste and waste of expenses by the US Postal system.
  14. Very nice work...id love to do something like this.
