    Very nice project....I too have plans to build family owned replicas of vehicles we owned over the years.

    Just take your time on her....the guys are right and very good advise. I stripped an old 60 Ford HT promo once in brake fluid...was a bad idea due to the weaker plastic they used for it. Yours should be the better stuff and easier to strip with out and damage to it.

    Welcome Mark..! You got to build back in the best days of kits in my opinion...I love the old 60s and 70s stuff.

    Terry...some came with a factory style camper top some did not. Been looking for the camper top for a family owned project build of a pickup we owned once. My dad had a 74? crew cab 1/3 ton 2wd with the camper top we use to pull our camping trailer with. Ether way its a nice find buddy.

    looks like an old Johan kit to me....I have a 59 Cadillac 4 door like it that is pretty decent still has the body trim in tact...mine has the same chassis. You should be able to strip it with brake fluid safely...if someone is interested in mine pm me.

    Terry....is that new Ford pickup kit the one that came with the camper shell...? Nice find looks just like the one I owned once it was even red..LOL..

    I had a real 70 Impala 4 door HT and 75 Firebird TA once...love to be able to make replicas of them sometime.

    I use retired store show cases I got cheap from a store that closed here...even lights up.

    I do not care if mine roll or not....however I am a fan of the metal axle chassis had too much trouble with the plastic pins sagging over time.

    Nice haul there Kenneth .... I got the Lindberg Coronado and Owens boat kits....now to find or try to make trailers for them both.
