The Story McNally leaves Bisson Automtive and he drives over to see Jackie Koepka. As he pulls into the curb in front of Jackie's residencein downtown Boston, he sees Jackie's pride and joy...the dark blue 1969 Lincoln Mark III sitting at the curb. McNally goes inside the foyer of Jackie's "home" and Jackie is in the kitchen making a pot of tomato sauce at the stove and he has no body guards around. "Jackie, just as I thought I would find you, getting ready to feed your face." "McNally, A living PI who should be dead. Whataya want?" "What's your interest in Bisson Automotive?" "Ronnie owes me some money. That's all," says Jackie. "A lot of money? What's his colateral?" "He owes me some money which I may not get back. Now get out," says Jackie picking up a shotgun next to his stove. "I'm leaving Jackie! See ya," and McNally leaves Jackie's "home". The Build I did some detailing before I reassemble the Crown Vic. McNally will return...

Carl, I am sorry to hear of your misfortune. I hope you are still able to visit with us in the future. Hang in there! -
Thanks David! Clearcoat should help reduce the sparkle a little bit, but not a lot. Right now, it looks like bass boat metal flake!

The Story McNally stops at Bisson Automotive and he talks to Ricky, Bobby, Jimmy and Frank about Ron and the people he knew. They recall a heavy man who had stopped by recently and he didn't look happy when he left the shop. McNally asks what his name was and they told him that the person was named Jackie Koepka and he drove around in a '69 Lincoln Mark III, a car that is in excellent condition. He knows who Jackie is and he wonders if Jackie is trying to move in on Bisson Automotive. The Build I got the Crown Victoria into several coats of Testors Icy Blue One Coat Lacquer. McNally will return...

Ford Mustang GT4

The decals are on and complete! Yes. I know I used the wrong decals for the front wing spoilers. I had issues with the correct decals and used these instead. A quick mockup and then cleanup, touchup and final assembly! More Mustang to come... -
Ford Mustang GT4

I started the task of decaling the Mustang GT4 today. And, I have a long way to go. More Mustang to come... -
i have been detailing the Continental kit on this '57 T-Bird. Using a silver Sharpie, I highlighted the Thunderbird emblem on the spare tire cover. One of the things I found interesting was the ends of the stone tray were painted silver on the real Vega$ T-Bird. They are usually body color. I haven't been able to find any other pictures that show the Continental kit stone shield from above. I decided to paint the ends of the tray silver and will leave it at that. More Vega$ to come...

Revell completely new Mustang coming

It appears that Revell took down the picture from their web site. -
Thanks Guido! Many pictures show the Rallye wheels on many Mopars. Since I used Rallye wheels on my first 'Cuda, I wanted something different on this one and the Magnum's fit the bill. I finished the interior with an automatic shifter on the console and a "Tuff"-like steering wheel on the column. More 'Cuda to come...

Thanks Guido and Gareth! More work done on the 'Cuda today. The chassis is almost complete and up on 4 wheels! I still need to add the front shocks, battery, radiator hoses and exhaust extensions. Do any touchups that are needed. The first picture is with the interior floor plate which also has the firewall and engine bay side panels. The second picture is without the interior floor plate. More 'Cuda to come...

Now that the rain has gone by, I decided to paint the interior, suspension parts and the exhaust system on the 'Cuda. Now to let this dry, detail, assemble and do some touchups. More 'Cuda to come...

The 91% alcohol I used had been sitting with the Mustang hood in it for too long, so I poured it out. I have plenty of containers, I just need to find the proper size.
-
Thanks Randy and Gareth! When I put this model on the shelf, it should be complete to the best of my ability, which includes paint. Since this is a complete hood assembly, I need to find a container big enough to hold this.
-
Yes, it is! I supposed the easiest thing would be to just strip the paint and start over. it is really too bad especially since the paint is shiny!

The only changes were small improvements to the vehicle to improve reliablity or structure. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Land_Rover_series#Series_III

The Story McNally returns to Dennett's house the following morning and searches his house and he finds Dennett's Smith & Wesson Model 5906 packed away in it's wooden box. The box was in Dennett's desk and McNally takes the box with him and he leaves the house for BPD Forensics to check the gun for fingerprints and a bullet comparision. After the Forensic checks, he'll return the gun and box to it's original location in Dennett's desk. The Build A mockup of the convertible top. It fits! I painted the hood again to darken the color and I ended up with some sort of contamination on it for a bunch of fish eyes. I may strip the paint and start over. More Jaguar to come...

I painted the Magnum 500 wheels for the 'Cuda. I have always hated to paint these wheels for one reason or the other, but they are done! I had noticed that the printed licensing molding for Chrysler was still on the chassis after I had painted them. I usually for get to paint the side mirrors and I made sure that I did that, but I forgot about the molded licensing marks on the chassis. I removed the moldings and repainted the primer. The engine didn't seem to fit correctly in the chassis since the motor mount was hitting the oil filter mount. I removed a little of the motor mount and the engine slid back where it should. More 'Cuda to come...
