  7. :D VERY VERY IMPRESSIVE JAMES!!!! I like what you have accomplished with this re-build! I have heard about the 3M spray as another option, glad to see how it worked! Great! I have also heard that BMF does have an expiration date, in that the adhesive does weaken with time and, that long term storage should be refrigerated. i have had some pretty old BMF that just would not stick to anything at all once I pulled it off the backing. Like your colour choices for the build! Great! What type of rims will you use? I have one last 'cuda to build yet, gonna do it Cherry Red with the white interior. Thank You for sharing later Russ
  8. :D Now that is a paint job! Nice work Man! What did you use to mask it? Thank You for sharing Awesome project Man! Later Russ
  9. Bummer Dude!
  10. Nice subject! I have been apprehensive about my own build,(same car with an alisson aircraft engine), I will gladly watch your build for tips on my own. Thank You! I have gotten as far as some body modifications, rim choice, engine and driver placement, a full roll cage and suspension types. Maybe some kind of sickly green for paint? I just want to see someone elses, motivation! Your front looks like the '63/'64 front end. I like what your doing so far. Later Russ
  11. :D Looks good so far! A rather ambitious project as well! and, yes, I wish I had one of those kits too! Like the body lines of that car! My Mom had a '69 Javelin, red body, black vinyl top with red velour interior. Thank You for sharing later Russ

  13. "....release valve under the front seat, huh! . . " Now why didn't I ever think of that!?!?!?! I had the air shocks and ran 70 series on the front and 60 series on the rear with ET dish mags on my '73 Chevelle. Boy, sure wish I had that sweet car still, ah, youth . . . .,boy was I stupid! and , uh, yes, I did get pulled over for being too high Hey Phil! Nice looking build! I really like those Impalas and the air shocks are looking bad as . . all get out! heh heh Thank You for sharing Later Russ
