  1. Hey I do not mind at all David! In fact that style of shot makes me Really miss the 3 years I lived north of Seattle. I had a park I went to relax after work almost everyday. It was like rain forest then you walked up an Aztec style stairway to a bridge. The bridge went over a 2 track mainline with a siding shared by BNSF, Amtrak,(including the beautiful Amtrak Cascades Talbo units) and the Seattle Sounder. After the bridge was a spiral stair case that dropped you down on the sandy beach of the Puget Sound. I'd watch the trains rain or shine. The worst part is I had no camera so the only pics I have are in my head and who knows how long that will last
  2. I have a really nice set of white resin tires that was mixed in an old kit I bought and They look really great. I'd certainly take more if I had the chance. Whats a little more painting?
  3. Beautiful!
  4. I love those carriers! I hope to get one someday. Nice Caddy too!
  5. Looks great! I always did like the original concept.
  6. Great looking car. I can tell I'd be worried about those small windows with my luck. Beautiful ride.
  7. Nice work Raoul. I like how great the dash looks too.
  8. Hey Drew. The paint rack is from Home Depot and was about 10 bucks. It's made for doors like in your pantry or laundry room. You can hang it over the top or screw it into the wall like I did. Works great minus 3 shelves that won't work for big cans. Those ones will be great for Tamiya or other short cans.
  9. Looks great Romell. Don't get to carried away. Knowing you, you'll have that thing walking by the end of the week
  10. Pretty cool. I didn't know there was such a thing out there. Nice work
  11. Nice ABA set! I love the covered wagons. That set up is the same kind that once ran over the bridge I shared. I have a few of these in HO. If you painted them and all they look really sharp
  12. I have one Lionel set that is still boxed. Steam engine with a tender that makes noise as a part rotates around. Sorry to hear you don't have your layout anymore.
  13. I still love the autoracks. I have a couple big auto unloading spots around here. The Union Pacific yard is hard to get to but BNSF serves the far west valley. That yard is so big an independant company uses some GP9's.
  14. First up A Ferrari Testarossa parked on the patio of a local restraunt. Then a kit car based on an old Mercedes. Then a couple older benz Then and old Jag XKE I bet you don't see this everyday!
  15. Here are some BNSF trains I caught in Williams, Arizona ( Flagstaff area ) It was pouring and I had to pretect the camera but it was worth it. This one used to be a bridge for the old school days of Santa Fe having passenger service. The sign is coming back through the paint and you can read " It's fun to ride " Santa Fe
  16. I hated Toyota for a long time ( Mainly Nascar) but anyway I bought my older Camry for $100. People make fun of me all the time cause of how it looks and that it has no options. I drove this car in the snow in Washington state and the heat of Phoenix, AZ. I am less than an oil change away from hitting 300 thousand miles. Now I laugh at the people that made fun of my car and theirs is blown up. Edit: mine is an 86 and still gets 38MPG highway
  17. Today I actually held myself back from building until really late. I actually made myself clean up my bench area and re- organize. Also my roomate got out an old TV of mine out of the garage and some coax and now we have TV in the hobby room. Watched the Nascar Truck race for the first show Then the bench looked like this and on purpose
  18. I picked up these shelves this last week. They are kinda dumb but will serve the purpose of help with cleaning up my bench area. Can't beat free
  19. Thanks for sharing some beautiful rides
  20. From Chuck, the Mustang pace and the limited Jeep kill me. From Carl, that Olds 442 style convertible kills me. From Tom, that Plymouth upside down... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO !!!!
  21. I hate to love to look at this kind of stuff That one Ford truck just looks like its stuck some of the older ones just kill me. Thanks for sharing
  22. Thats great work! I've tried it on a couple things like engine detail and dashboards but was very un happy. You made it work good aroundt the rivets and bolts and body lines. I am really impressed
