  1. Thats a nice looking kit. I did one that style a while ago all stock. Hey is your avatar pic from Slip?
  2. Yeah Crispy, Its a 1988 Monogram. The only bad part at first was the bottom was curved really bad so the engine "cage" wouldn't line up right. So a bottle of paint under each wheel well and one keeping a hobby knife in another spot and a 1:43 scale car in a box on another spot. It worked! It was only from the engine cage to the rear bumper. Everything else fit well with this kit. Something told me you'd be the first comment on here It does wonders taking your time though I'm just leaving off plug wires I think its over kill on this.
  3. Very cool topic car and it came out nice! A lot better to see it this way than 2.2 or 2.5 engine real versions.
  4. I'm going real although I smell trickery this thread is good on that but I'm not complaining It is a good looking car I love the vintage. This before or after the Jalpa?
  5. Hey my friend I'm diggin the Dodge man! I like the Chevy too as I've owned a few of those but you don't see the Dodge done up much so I'm watchin this one!
  6. removed for space thanks
  7. I'll be watching this one. I did one of these years ago and love them. Not to mention how many mopar kits use this chassis and engine bay build it makes them set up great for detail.
  8. Sharp! The colors are great! Not to mention real smooth paint looks great!
  9. Nice builds. I don't see a lot these cars so its refreshing. Oh keep that mustang away from my wife and another friend I think they would try to figure out how get in and drive off
  10. This looks GREAT! The paint does remind me of the old Power Wagons and such. Makes me want to build the truck from Simon and Simon.
  11. Thanks for all the feedback everyone The model does need some mud since the real one has seen that action. The only thing the model is lacking for now is the interior roll bar and the side nerf bars. To many projects for now though. I need to get the $1,000 1:1 on 33's back in the mud
  12. I like the whole drift thing with the new tuners and all but your vintage builds are grabbing my attention more here. I really like the old road race style RX7. Keep up the awesome work!
  13. I really loved watching the build on this and it came out fantastic! Nice color choice and good to remember that bad thing about WA state.. I never liked the mandatory front plate
  14. Your builds are just great looking!
  15. Nice builds! I bet the AE-86 kit is fun and I really dig the 4 door Hilux and the older.. I want to guess Celica ? above it? Anyway nice looking cars and in your other posts as well
  16. I'll say that Ebay has treated myself and my hobby choices well. Sure sometimes I loose but I have won a lot of things at huge huge savings compared to buying at local stores. I have a hidden treasure store though so I always compare and if they don't have it then it's off to Ebay when I can afford it lol
  17. I am in awe! I love it and it came out great!
  18. I'm a big Ferrari fan and I have to say I'm not familiar with this model so thank you for introducing me with a great presentation I do agree with the comment about thank you for it not being red. Great color combo and wheels are sweet! Great lookin car!
  19. Thats a nice lookin car and pair for that matter. That kit looks like fun but looks like it can bite too. I love the color and package. Happy Hobby'n!
  20. Nice lookin car so far. I have the shell to a Red Wagon maybe I should make it something else lol. I'm watchin a great mopar here have fun with it!
  21. No visible front seats, fake lookin wheels, including the steering wheel! Good one this week! I'll get it right soon enough
  22. Count me in for this build! Late due date works fine with me! I'm gonna enter something... with lots... of... firepower... lol
  23. I love it already! I'm watchin this shoe box for sure!
