  1. Now thats better pics and I also forgot to mention I did the transmission linkage too. You can actually see it now that I got a better camera
  2. That is an eye opening build. I love the Year One cars and this looks like no exception. Nice work so far!
  3. A couple more.... Enjoy!
  4. Here is the exterior update. Its Big Bad and Ugly, Rude and Crude and it;s coming out perfect. I left the salt for the bubbled paint look like its really rusted and they painted over it. Now with paint and mud all over it I am very pleased so far. As Always, comments encouraged and Enjoy!
  5. New pics! Enjoy!
  6. Oh inside mods were this does have the tank petals, large fuel cell (plumbed), fuel cell cage in case of impact, storage and main power supply to transfer power from tank engine to the front of the truck.
  7. Ok so I have a new camera and new pics!!!! I will post more later on tonight do to my heavy Zombie Guard drying on the front right now. So I'll show the inside while I eat dinner My salt try was an EPIC failure but I used it for heavy corrosion that resembles rust blistering through the paint. Unfortunatly I think the last crew with this rig took some damage it seems. Thats ok though this crew is building this up heavy for the battle from the west side to meet up across the country with the other zombie fighters... More to come and Enjoy!
  8. >GASP< I was right for once and on one most got wrong (Does happy dance) See ya Monday!!
  9. I like it so far and the color. Nice to see I'm not the only sucker for matching the block to the exterior This build makes me want to put mine in the purple pond after I get done with some other builds. Nice idea opening the hatch too.
  10. Wow cool color combo. I like the color matched "white" walls. I've never seen that done before excluding redlines.
  11. Looks great so far. May I ask what type of saw or tool you used to cut that fine? Also what did you use for the door panels? I've been wanting to try this for a while. Thanks and very nice work.
  12. Man Marty that front bumper looks really great! I love the diamond plate and the angles look perfect. Oh and your other pic it looks like the rear height on the ramp truck is spot on now. I can't wait to see that one done.
  13. FANTASTIC!! and WOW. Just Amazing Cranky
  14. Nick thats awesome! Just what the doctor ordered. You needed a good day my friend. Hey how was the feel of that Camaro did you get in it?
  15. Sorry about the bad pics before!! I now can take better pictures so here you go. I did a lot of fine detail on this car that I have never done before. All hand made are as follows: plug wires, brake lines, carb linkage, throttle return spring, purge canister, battery cables, accessory wire, fuel line, heater hoses, rear springs and more.I hand painted the super bee logo on both the hood and the back panel, no decals are on this car. I hope you like. Thanks for looking and as always comments welcome
  16. Nice car and color combo. I was going to ask about the fit since I really want to try this kit and if it went together that well I'm sold. Beautiful car!
  17. A couple more pics. These are not mocks either this is the stance. I also did the seat and floor board in cloth.
  18. Here is my update on this truck. it's close to done (kit version) I'm going to do a lot of detail work to make this truck "pop". I did not use the lowrider wheels due to I'm saving those for a 72 Chevy Fleetside I have. I used some bigger wheels from the 99 Silverado and some disk brakes all the way around with a hint of rust (none are clean even new) and painted calipers. It's waxed triple black and ready for more... Enjoy!
  19. Here is my update. Not a whole lot done today as I finished another project to put under glass and I almost finished my 76 stepside Chevy. Today I did another round of bodywork ( It never ends ) I also started the "salt" process as I am eager to learn any new ideas in modeling. This thing cant't dry fast enough so I can paint it and add the rest of the weapons and supply area. Oh and here is the donor kit and yes it's 1/35 ( Tamiya ) Enjoy!
  20. Cranky It's looking Horridly Beautiful! I have to say as we are on the same side of the battle you are my competition and I have to say in a non bias opinion this is (IMO) the best build 2010 so far. The way you can change things out is awesome and the creativity of the engine is fantastic. I tip my hat sir
  21. 528? WOW! I wanna drive it! I like your projects and this is certainly no exception and with those decals this car will be bad to the bone.
  22. I like the color and this should be a very fun tuner. I can't wait to see this one done.
  23. Steve that color is beautiful on that truck. I almost went 2 tone blue and black until I got ahold of the decals I'm putting on it. I have always wanted to get one of those 4x4 kits. If they have more detail thats really cool. I owned a baby blue 76 Fleetside I'd like to do up. Know of any fleetside kits?
  24. Thats a great looking start and looked fun! Nice color too
  25. I always loved the Ernie Irvan tribute car to Davey Allison. Great looking car and well done. BTW I want that Pepsi machine behind it lol.
