I was going to wait till a bit later to post progress but the Nationwide race is on so I'll post this morning's progress.. I forgot to put blood on the plow on the suburban so I did that and dull coated the truck. I have painted the Zombie car but it's drying. I have made the Inside kinda cool. I want to look burned so I made a wire seat frame like real so I can weather it per the blast with some texture for ash and other debris..... I'll post more later... Enjoy..

Welcome to the club Rob! Nice spot you have there. Mark It works I think all you really need is a place for the paint and it would really open it up. I wish my comp was where I work but then again I may never get nothin done lol

This is the Fast and Furious Eclipse. It was horrible when I got it. It was put together non painted body but the inside was and it had a TON over glue. I have never Opened up a car before so I hope it goes ok at the end...

Ok guys so after a swim in the purple pond that did it no good due to the amount of glue on this car ( I got it free though). I have primered and started the body work. This is the first time I have "opened" a model kit. I have never done doors let alone that hatch. I also opened the wheel wells a bit and started the roof scoop. Thanks for looking.

The Donor kit was this complete Tamiya kit I bought at Savers (thift store) for $2.99 Only thing missing was instructions and I have never done a tank I think I did well

The build up of this is in Post Apoc build thread however I decided to put this here too in case anyone has thought of making a Suburban.This is made of several kits but 3 main bodies.Questions and comments welcome.Thanks for looking.

Hey Nick I did not realise the white walls before did you make them? When your bird took flight did anything break?

I did that and it said it was loaded ( in the load bar) I waited literally an hour. I hit cancel and back to my home then the folder and it loaded 3 of 6. I've done it on single pics and waited 15 mins and its a 50/50 shot. I just hit cancel go back to the album and head to the next and it catches up with me even though it says 0 of 0 loaded. It's odd

ok guys... My life changed as of Jan 20 something 2010. Never in my life did I think I could build something like this. This thread is so fun I got lost and carried away more than I ever thought possible. Before I actually show her "done" I want you all to see the set up I did as a stupid thought that turned into what I made.

I'm having issues to. I can post but its a pain. If I wait for it to say I uploaded successfully it will take forever and I pay for good service. They load fast but photobucket takes forever to return. I cancel the upload and go to the next then the pics show. Really odd but it works

Mike thats funny. I lived in south Phoenix for a bit and yeah the whole area looks like that south on the Sky Harbor Airport Harry thats a cool idea I have more than this... hmmm.. Great thanks another project to add to the list Chuck great recovery! That hotel taxi is awesome what happened to it?? George, I had a really bad thing happen. Someone had it out for a friend of mine and new he made models. I was out of work and had no choice but to live in my car with my kids and wife so I stored my stuff with people I thought I could trust. That person found my models and thought they were my friends. Another friend told me that my models were scattered all over an apartment complex parking lot. It's all good though. My family has got stronger and now I have a great parts store in my loft . Actually what inspired me for the thread was my stuff and Nick having that Firebird get knocked over and that poor guy that slipped on the stairs. So lets keep it going and before and after pics are really welcome and rebuilt too!
