I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread for models that were great at one time and have since fallen. I had about 100 models destroyed due to somebody's wrong decision. I'll start with a couple pics here. Join in!
LOL @ COT being sexy! All I want to know is does this come in the proper shade of flat black and the right Bat tools and weapons? The front of that car at that angle looks like the vette Batmobile!
Mark glad to see you getting that itchy finger buddy! Can't wait to see you open up the plastic trees and have that magic light bulb strike an idea for us to see. Sorry if i seem carried away. I did the plow on mine then ripped it off to make the new one. Then just stared at my porch for 3 hours almost till the bulb said hey stupid do this !!
Don't be sorry for nothin it's all good. I like the look of this. Did those wheels come from the car? I do like them I'd use them on another project of mine. Take care!
They are really handy too. I've used them to get to eye level for detail work or to separate parts, body, and frame so its 3 stories and not all over the bench.
Thanks for the advice on the tape. I do use 3M blue tape but it's still to think. I'll have to get some Tamiya. I am quickly becoming a fan of them as I have never touched anything from them until this last month and wow.
Hey James the lift is from M2 hot wheel size cars. I found a pack at wally world that had one car and 5 of these sections for ten bucks. I don't know if the still carry them. I've seen 2 packs with just one set of lift sections and 2 cars also.
Wow I never knew they made a CRV like this. I used to drive one at a body shop with just about only the driver side, half the roof, and the rear pan cut out of it. Kinda creepy that thing went back out on the streets. Oh I vote chrome
Introducing "The Other Side". We all have Zombie killers and no zombies so.......... I'm starting the opposition with this. (of course its going to be blown to bits)
Ok fellas here is the plow (not done) I have to add more braces and a few more secrets but the main part is done. This took a lot longer than I wanted so the porch did not get far however I started something else to ease that itchy finger I was talking about I'll add in the post after this...
I'm glad I asked about that then Junkman and thanks Jason I painted my Superbee 4 coats on the hood and you could see the stupid out line for a cut hood I was so mad. Thanks bud.
