  1. The darker blue for me...
  2. Nope, plain ol' blue, kinda like Ford blue...
  3. Adam, AMC V8 turquoise is HARD to find in spray cans, I use Duplicolor 440 Bright Aqua, its a close match...
  4. Andrew, have you put any primer on the interior pieces yet? I was hoping you DIDN'T, but if you did, I'll work with it. Sorry I forgot about asking you sooner
  5. AWESOME Brad!!! Sooo tiny! I'll bet it would look great in the back of a built pickup
  6. Cool F-series diecasts Mike! Do you happen to have the First Gear 1/25 scale 1973 F-100? Just wondering how accurately scaled it is?
  7. WOW is that nice!
  8. Here's a 1970 Torino 'vert (or two) with a white interior...SHARP!
  9. I like the darker blue one (see below) that Fred posted earlier better, but the lighter one looks good as well Not a big fan of the Grabber blue on this car though...I guess we would want the old standby black vinyl interior with the blue exterior? White, blue, or ginger are stock colors available with blue exterior also (for something a bit different)...
  10. Contact Alan here: cnaind@ptd.net His site: http://public.fotki.com/cnaind/
  11. Nice pics Mike! We will need a corrected resin non-camper special bed though for the kit!
  12. Very nice Mike!
  13. Very cool Billy!
  14. Ooooh, that looks HOT Bruce!
  15. This will be cool Jimmy! And welcome to MCM!
  16. WOW!!! Super realistic and that color combo really looks GREAT!
  17. It depends on if we're sticking to factory stock colors, or if 'anything goes'. The colors in the link that Ron posted doesn't jive with the colors in the link I posted I'm no blue oval expert by any means, don't know much at all about them in fact. I've just always liked this generation of Torino as my Uncle had a green one like this kit, I've got pleasant childhood memories of riding in it! 1. Orange 2. Yellow 3. Red 4. Blue 5. Green
  18. Here are the factory 1970 Torino exterior colors, according to this linky: http://grantorinosport.org/70torino05.htm SOLIDS: METALLICS: Black Dark Ivy Green Metallic Dark Blue Medium Ivy Green Metallic Dark Maroon Medium Blue Metallic Red Medium Gold Metallic Vermilion Bright Gold Metallic Pastel Blue Grabber Green Bright Yellow Light Gold Light Ivy Yellow White
  19. Andrew, every time we post in THIS thread it brings awareness to it You've gotten the ball rolling, once everyone sees how cool it's going to be, we'll get the builders we need... Fred, your builds look GREAT! I'm totally unfamiliar with this kit as it's one I've never seen the contents of. Is there the option of exposed headlights in the kit, or did you modify the kit hidden-headlight grille??? I kinda like the exposed look myself
  20. Super nice as usual Al And the speed at which you finish such quality work...WOW!
  21. Very nice work so far Jay! Cool story too, keep it going
  22. I like the pro touring idea and carbon fiber accents throughout the interior, but how far do we go? Aftermarket seats too?
