went to an indoor flea market where there is a vendor that sells kits really cheap, have gotten several tanks there in the past. Went saturday got all this for $10.00. 16 total kits however five are vacuum formed, never tried that before. may have to see if I am any good at it. hobby lobby sat 40 off coupon... then later that same afternoon found this at the comicon they were having....

John, the taxi is the reissued from 2009, however the boot hill is the original issue which was hard at first to actually begin hacking away at it, even thou that one has been reissued a lot, never really like the kit, but hung on to it knowing I would always use it as a trailer. Never a fan of the show rod but it is coming in handy right now.

cut off the rear thingy thing that holds the axle in order to raise it up to level out the ride...may extend it a bit to add the full hydraulic suspension with batteries and the full nine yards, working on that in my mind thou...

getting the doors fitted, may hinge them may not... got the ride height a little closer to my liking....

John, the colors in the pics so far is the plastic they came molded in. The tijuana taxi is the lighter orange and the parts from the boot hill express are the redder/orange. But so far just the stock plastic.

Back Door idea... got the holes filled for the chicken coop Like I said before really did not like that feature at least for the roof.... Also looking at adding hydraulics and wire wheels, looking at lowering the rear suspension location points as well, I like the look of it sitting flat on the ground instead of the huge rake the stock taxi has.... I know its supposed to be a rod but I like to low ride rides....

had this for a while that came from a necklace, its on the large size but hoping to either use over the radiator or have it on the build somewhere.

got a little work done, gonna eliminate the chicken coop off of the roof, will have a bunch of luggage for the roof however, never liked that feature anyway, may add it to the coffin trailer buit will see. Have finally gotten the back doors open ready for some kind of door work...

I have had this build in my mind for years, and have been gathering bits and pieces for it and decided to at least get a thread going for it that I can add to as I go.... Dia De Los Muertos or day of the dead that is celebrated in Mexico and other South American cities as well as here in the states. Going to have a feel for that on this build using the Tijuana Taxi and the Boot Hill express but just the main body of the express as a casket... So I have 3 other main builds going on and now this one... Will add as I have updates... opening up the back doors, will make a half door out of screen or some type of material first of the mods....

John, I can't wait to see the rest of the build, this really fits this time of year as well...................

This thing is totally insane, I love builds like this!!! The work is totally clean and very inventive. Love this stuff, can not wait to see more.

John, thank you. The trailer is from the jet ski kit that came with the Harley Davidson kit that had the jet ski with it, this is the only thing that is left of that kit. I scratch built the stuff on the stage, came out ok thou working on stepping them up a bit. The women I got in a trade on this forum from another member. Hope to have more soon. Starting this Thursday I am off of work for a couple weeks so planning to get more down on it then.

This is the seat for my mans ruin build so was thinking of trying this theme in the strippers delight build here.... Still working on ideas for this one, decided to change up the interior a little bit. I bought the reissued 1970 Pontiac for the scuba diving gear for my freaky tiki build and was looking at the seats going, hey if I removed the seat cushions and added lace would help to see the images better on the inside of the cab and carry on a lingerie theme as well!!!
