  1. Going to go with real F1 on this. I was driving it to this photo session when the CHP pulled me over. They told me I needed to where a helmet.
  2. Nice work so far, I'm gonna be keeping an eye on this build. Hope to see more progress pic's soon.
  3. How about, Bright red paint, Thiner front tires, and a parachute. Nice start to this one. Keep up the good work.
  4. Happy New Year to you and your family Bob. Here's to the hope for a Peaceful and prosperous New Year for all Cheers, Ron
  5. We thought you would be joining us, so we saved you a spot here. Great to have you with us. Enjoy the forum.
  6. I like the color combo you've got going on this. This is a cool kit, everything is already opened up on it. no need to cut it and your fingers up. Good luck with it. and post more progress pics when you have time.
  7. Nice work Dave, The engine detail is clean. Excelent build.
  8. Good work, looks like a drift car. keep on building, you need another one to race against. So get crackin' on another.
  9. This guy must be from Scale Auto forum. So you can take your attitude back there with you. That's just the way Zebm1 is, Its called personality. Something you obviously dont have. If'in ya dont like it, dont read it.
  10. Hey Dave, Good to have you on the forum, my East Coast Brother. I will be looking out for pics of your builds. If I can just remember your name.... Cheers, Ron Wood

That is Beautiful, Nice start Andy. The color combination is nice. I will be looking for more pics of this one. Great work. Thanks for sharing. Ron
  13. Lookin real good so far. The engine is killer. Have you decided on the color yet? Hope to see more WIP pics soon. Build on! I have some of that 3' wide tape in my shop, but I think its a counterfit knock-off from China. they copy everything.
  14. I agree with you Florian. the magazine is a good resource for modeling, but the web site just don't do it for me. Like Steve Milberry said there are too many experts over there, and I'm not worthy...LOL.
  15. I did all the reenlisting, changed my screen name, and now I'm anonymous over there. And prefer it that way. Funny thing is when I go there, I can only stand about 10-15 minutes of it, then log out and come back here. I think with all the colors and the way it is set up it gives me epileptic seizures simalar to some video games. I like it here much better. I am a subscriber to Scale Auto so I get the "Extras" But all that gets you is stuff that I have already read in the magizine. so the extras are really nothing.
  16. Thank you for the information Florian, and perfect timing, as today is the day my wife usually goes to Wal-mart. So I will go with her and check it out. Can't beat the price. Thanks again. Ron
  17. What is the name of the putty? How many ounces are in the tube? and have you noticed any shrinking? Sorry for all the Q's, But I need more info. I buy my primer and some of my spray paint at Wally's house o' ######. Build on!
  18. Good to have you back David, I've been wondering where you disappeared to. I have always enjoyed looking at your builds. So I expect to see lots of the stuff you have been working on, now that you can post pics again. Welcome back buddy. Ron
  19. This is great news, and I look forward to reading it. As the Bluesman said, I too was a big fan of your "light commercial" column in the old SAE. With Terry Jessee and Larry Greenberg here, Its like being home again. Great work GREGG. Model Cars Magizine is the best.
  20. Dont worry george, we all have been GOT at one time by the April issues. Its lots of fun when someone logs on to the forum with questions about the April issue and find out that they were fooled. Last year it was Carbon fiber spray paint and I wanted to order some. The jokes on me.
  21. Thanks to gasman & larrygre for the information and a BIG thanks to SteveG for the pics. Its guys like you all that make this forum very enjoyable for me. Thank you. Ron
  22. I received an e-mail from Model round up that this kit & a few other Lindberg offerings are now available. Also mentioned was a 71 Mustang, & 97 F-150, I was wondering if anyone has information on this 1972 Dodge Challenger. I'm sure its a reissue. I would like to know if it is a decent kit. How about the Engine & chassis. If you built one, show some pics please. Thank you. Ron
  23. Whoo, hold-up here, lets go back and talk about the Bare-Breasted Woman I wanna be a Maori.
  24. Just messin' around with you Clay, Believe me, I still have a few quick projects around waiting to be finished so I have no room to talk about how long its taking. Just have fun! are you going to paint the interior? Ron
  25. Hey Clayton, The box said "Builds in under 20 minutes" So whats takin so long. The paint looks real nice. Cant wait to see it finished.
