Thanks Guys..... So for the past 4 hours I have been sitting at the bench cutting and sanding materials to start getting the chassis together. I figured I need to take a break since I need some food and here is what things look like so far. I will be back at the bench Soldering the frame up shortly...so stay tuned.....

John... Holy BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH... I think I just Crapped myself... That is an insane update. You are killing it bro. Loving every bit of it.

Brad... I am so glad to hear that you are going to be getting back to the bench. I have missed your updates.

John... this build just gets better and better with each update. I need to get moving on mine... lol You are on a roll. I think you have been cracking the whip on those minions. Don't let any of them blow a circuit....

Johnny boy... Another Outstanding update brother. Dude you are like the Chuck Norris of Alclad. You need to be the Poster boy for them since you have it down to perfection. I am enjoying what I am seeing here.

Tim... I am super impressed by this and your work. It makes me want to pack up my Army Funny car..... sell all my stuff and start a new hobby.... lol. You seriously have to be one of the best. I really admire your work and skills. Your attention to detail is out of this world. I can't wait to see what you suprise us with next. I would love to see what you can do with a 1/16th scale build. You are making me want to get back to the bench.

Tim..... I gotta admit that I like you even more knowing that you are a Dunkin Donuts kind of guy. I love their coffee way better than Starbucks... Holy Smokes on this mock up... I am speechless at this. I know all too well how much time it takes to mock everything up. Just absolutely Beautiful craftsmanship on this thing. I makes me think I really need to consider Packing all of my stuff up and starting a new hobby....lol This is one Bad A$$ Build!!

Tim.... I am really hoping to get some bench time this weekend. Now the only problem is I dont know which build to work on... lol. I sure have been missing the bench. Now I just need to focus and get my house chores done tonight and tomorrow. I Can't wait to see what you suprise us with on your next update.

Brad.... which plating kit from Caswel are you using. I was looking at one of their electroless nickle sets myself. Basically putting in in a bath of solution heated to a certain temp.

Tim... It's 1/16th John... my brother... this is looking fantastic and you are cranking away at it. You always amaze me with how fast you build.... you are putting your minions to work over time. Dont want you or your minions blowing a circuit...lol. you will finish this before i even get a chance to start mine.

Brad.... those are the tube benders I have. I have two.. one for 1/8" OD tube and one for 5/32" OD tube that i have used on my funny car. I will tell you what I have found out. the sample pieces they send along with tube bender is just a tad different by this I am talking about the wall thickness of the tube. Typically what we all pretry much get at the hobby store from K&S is .014" wall thickness. They do make tubes with thicker wall thickness. The samples that Dubro supplies were either .019" or .020" wall. When I bemt he sample pieces I had no problems and no kinking of the tube. Now when I bent the K&S .014" wall tubes I did get some kinking. I just wanted to let you and everyone know of my findings. I got to tell you buddy that those headers are looking great and I love what you did by making a mandrel for smaller size tubing to fit in the tube bender. I think I am going to have to steal that Idea from you if you don't mind.
