  1. You know until I saw this work in progress I could have cared less about the new nova kit. But I really like the look of this build Irv. And it has that certain rake to it.... Peter
  2. Second try. Hope you can join us in Toronto on September 28.
  3. Sorry this first attempt is a mess that i accidently posted . Moderator feel free to delete this. Hope you can join us.
  4. Clay, What you see is what I got. Unfortunately I was kinda late in gettin' around to taking pics. I missed a lot of the dioramas and some other stuff including a neat Model A pick-up hot rod in an Army paint scheme. I guess I also missed the green monster truck. Sorry. Peter
  5. Spent a good part of the day resizing pics for my fotki site. Got them posted a couple of places yesterday but ran out of time to get them here. Met Gregg briefly at Cheeseburger Paradise (it pays to wear a Model Cars t-shirt.) Had a great time there this year and hope to be there again next year. http://public.fotki.com/fordalover/nnl-east-2008/
  6. Hey! There I am in the group photo! I was there after all. It wasn't just a strange dream. I'm sitting to Rick Forrester's left (on the right of him as look at the pic). It was a great time again this year. Peter
  7. Hey! There I am in the group photo! I was there after all. It wasn't just a strange dream. LOL! I'm sitting to Rick Forrester's left (on the right of him as look at the pic). It was a great time again this year. Peter
  8. Don't do it Gregg! I hear this guy is a flake and a trouble maker and probably won't show up at NNL East anyway....LOL! Sorry I couldn't help myself... Peter
  9. Wow! The dragster is really well done! Love the 1:1 as well. Look forward to seeing your truck in New Jersey.
  10. I'll be there as well as Ken Nesbitt. (We're both from Group 25.) Really looking forward to it. Staying at the Ramada. A name tag for us would be really cool. Thanks Gregg Peter McDonald
  11. Yes I read that too. I don't know whether it's true or not but I'm a tad disappointed. Was planning on buying from all 3 of those vendors. Since you're at the show anyway, it saves on shipping and in Black Gold's case we can't get their product shipped here to Canada so it's my only chance to get HOK products. I was really looking forward to getting my hands on those 32 pickups from rep & min. Oh well, a chance to check out some new guys I guess. But still plan to have a great time in Jersey!
  12. Hope the little Hawaiian dude knows how to run a dog team or a scoot as water is still frozen solid here on the shores of Georgian Bay. Also hope he's wearing more than most Hawaiian dudes or he'll freeze his um.... cahunas(?) off!
  13. I believe that is a diecast early Ford Econoline. Sharp little model and great to have those signatures. You have good friends Tom.
  14. Last year coming back from NNL East we stopped in Watertown before crossing the border. Five of us trooped into an auto parts store and bought a least 2 bottles of Westley's each. I'm sure the clerk must have wondered what the sudden run on Bleche White was all about.
  15. OOoohh! There is one for my shopping list at NNL East! Yahoo! Get the feeling I like it?
  16. OOOhhh! That Porsche is coming along nicely indeed. Good work! Peter
  17. Wow! That turned out really great! Love the colour and the interior. Great work!
  18. Wow James! That is one sweet Charger! That is an excellent build of a modern Nascar. Great work and Thanks for sharing it with us. Peter
  19. Mike,That is one cool lookin' ole time race car! A great build of that 32 Ford. Peter

Nice Vette Matt! Just curious. Why are the front turn signals green. Not a criticism, just curious. Optical illusion or?
  21. Mark That is one sharp looking darkside stocker! Job well done. Peter
  22. Wow! That a beautiful bunch of Mercury's Albert! Especially love the wagon. Is it a resin kit?
  23. That a real sharp 40 'shine runner! Obviously the shiner hasn't gone for his run yet as it's too shiny! Peter
  24. Hi Albert! Just so you know the rusty one is a 30 Model A Tudor Sedan. It has more fabric (vinyl) on the roof than the 32 Tudor (among other differences) but you could use it as a template to build a beat up 32. Whichever way you go I'm sure it will be cool! Peter
  25. Go for it Albert! I know you could do a great job of it!
