  10. In your inspiration photo it looks like the rear wheels are bigger than the front. However your setup looks like the fronts are bigger than the rears. Anyway you could trim the front wheels down with a different tire.

  14. One if you are having issues with ca glue oozing out you are using too much. As said toothpicks are great for minimizing excess glue. To protect bodies from accidents polish and wax it before final assembly. Also for attaching thins like winshields say 29 ford use white glue which will minimize the chances of damaging paint. Also assemble as much as possible before painting to minimize the amount of final assembly glueing.
  15. Cool project. Sometimes the models will decide to fight you. But in the end you will win.
  16. Another option would be a portable dvd player. No conversion would be necessary.The cd work on the dvd player. Places like best buy have them and you could see if it would be acceptable. Portable dvd players can be bought for less than 100 dollars.

  18. Good thread. Don't see that any of the comments will prevent anyone having fun. In fact most of the these tips can prevent frustration which isn't fun.
