  1. Now you need to add a motor to shake it!!
  2. I just got a response back that it IS 1/25 scale. Typo on the list I got.
  3. I went back and checked the notes and it said 1/24, but I don't recollect any 40 Ford Coupe in 1/24 either. Just the stock and street machine 1/25 versions. I will get back to Revell on that.
  4. Sorry if I implied he was. It seems that someone almost always throws that into a thread, so was hoping to avoid that.

  6. Their HQ is in the suburban Chicago area, so that is a benefit. They are invited to meetings at all three of the clubs I belong to here: GTR Modelers; CARS in Miniature; and Lake Michigan Model Car Club. When they show up and present it is a show and tell, but feedback from the members is accepted. At our meeting Revell indicated that they, amongst other manufacturers, are experiencing slower turnarounds on corrections to test shots and, in some cases, complete misunderstanding of the correction resulting in a worse outcome. Please don't carry on about bringing this stuff back to the USA, because it is still not yet cost competitive and people constantly carp about kit prices as it is.
  7. Compatibility View means that the website does not support all IE11 features and allows an IE9 level. Chrome (or Firefox) do not have all the security settings I can do with IE11 and Norton. I keep my computer very secure (to the point that some ad push attempts from some pages bumps the browser from time to time). A price worth paying, I think.
  8. I was just going to post that too as after I got back I thought maybe there was a misunderstanding on the C7 having a transaxle like the C5 and C6. Also, I have IE11 on Windows 8.1 and it works. Did you set this site in Compatibility View Settings?
  9. It is part of their pre-finished line and is simpler construction and fewer parts. Just like the already issued Camaro ZL1 and Challenger SRT.
  10. At the GTR Modelers club meeting last night, Revell showed up with a parts board of the new C7 Stingray that is coming in their new pre-finished line. This is different that the SnapTite version in that it has an engine and more parts and requires glue. Per Revell, the first issue will have black and gunmetal parts trees and the body will be Red (Torch Red perhaps?). Anyway, I only had the camera on my phone, so please excuse the blurriness of some of the shots.
  11. Ditto that. Last I heard was around November 1.
  12. They were marked Second Quarter 2015 at IHOBBY
  13. At IHOBBY form the Round2 folks. I will be confirming when I send the MCM article sections to the manufacturers for their final review before I package off and send to the magazine Round2 indicated that The "feather" graphics decals in our upcoming Crew Chief issue were corrected to what was available on the factory 1:1 vehicle. But they were not included in the original Crew Chief kit. They were first seen in the Boondocker issue.
  14. The correct Boondocler decals will be included in the ROund2 reissue. So you can build either way.
  15. Love the wheel! And your order arrived today. GREAT STUFF!!! Thank you!!
  16. Can you be more explicit? Are you talking about decals that replicate seat fabric? Or different seat design such as diamond pattern, tuck and roll, etc.? That would possibly help in getting a good response.
  17. Could you be more explicit? Are you talking about decals to simulate fabric/seat material? Or different seat patterns like tuck and roll?
  18. That makes more sense although I have seen one at a show on a pickup truck. I always wondered if that had to be a trailer queen as I could not contemplate how any finish wouldn't be abraded by the pads.
  19. Well, you could do the hat and caliper in black. Wilwood offers the following, but I would have no idea how long the rotor would retain that black finish in real road use:
  20. Yes. It is a Weiand air cleaner but looks similar to the Edelbrock you depicted. Oddly, the chrome valve covers are Edelbrock.
  21. It is a Weiand as best I recall. I can check as I think I still have one kit.
  22. Their info at IHOBBY was 2Q2015. There was a placard by the display models. But, Dave would be the best to answer.
