  1. Does the Revell 68 Charger (box that shows the brown and silver car) kit have the round side marker lights molded on the body or is it decals that replicate the side marker lights. Thanks. George
  2. Here are my predictions: - 68 Dodge Coronet R/T - 70 Dodge Charger R/T - 64 Pontiac Grand Prix - continuation of Plymouth Volare Fuzzduster - any 67 to 72 Chevy truck - 71 Dodge Demon - 64 Olds Cutlass streaker drag car
  3. Good news on the Bobby Isac 71 Torino. Hope it is the 71.
  4. I bet we would be doing triple gainers if Round 2 was ever to do the 68 Coronet R/T. Any version would be fine; stock, drag or convertible.
  5. Has anyone found the 84 Olds 442 kits at Hobby Lobby yet?
  6. Another option would be releasing the 68 Coronet in Nascar form such as the Paul Goldsmith car that ran the circuit in the late 60's.
  7. A drag version can be done. Would be great to release this after the Melrose Missle Plymouth Satellite feverbee.bmp
  8. I think if any model company were to do a 68' Coronet kit, Moebuis would be the one. Who ever thought a model company would ever do the Hudsons and Ford pickup trucks, and they are already working on the third version of the 65 Plymouth Satellite/Belvedere.
  9. In reference to similarities with the chassis. The NASCAR teams back in the day used that same chassis all the way through the 1970 season. The later bodies were put right over that 65 chassis. The chassis is virtually the same. If Moebius does intend to do the 68 Coronet , no tooling of a chassis is needed. Just a body, interior, glass and bumpers would be the only thing needed. Whether it's stock , a Nascar or even a Dick Landy drag car Moebius already has the chassis done.
  10. I think the time has come for Round 2 to come out with the 68 Coroner R/T. Maybe even Moebius take on this subject. We almost had it come out a few years ago. But, it was cancelled. A stock version, drag version and NASCAR versions could be done. I'm pretty sure a lot of members here would applaud the release of a 68 Coronet kit. The kit would definetly well well. Maybe
  11. I would add a couple more to Junkman's list. MPC 1968 Coronet R/T stock or Fever bedding car 1969 Coroner R/T stock or Superhemi drag car
  12. Wanted to ask how the kit builds up. What's the opinion of those that have built the kit? Thanks.
  13. I could see them doing a 68' Dodge Coronet R/T both in stock form and as a #99 Paul Goldsmith nascar version.
  14. My predictions for 2016 would be: Round 2: 1968 Dodge Coronet R/T 1980 Plymouth Volare 1969 Barracuda Hurst Hemi Under Glass
  15. There is Felix Hobbies in North Miami. I believe it's Dixie Highway and 135th st. There is another hobby shop in Kendall by the Falls Shopping Center Hobby Lobby in Davie, Florida. University Drive/State Road 84. Tri State Hobbies in Tamarac, Florida. Mc Nab Rd and Unuversity Drive.
  16. Testing post
  17. Maybe the resin caster can check if in fact the Lindberg Crown Vic chassis will work. I would want to know that for sure.
  18. The 92-97 Corwn Vic chassis is identical to the 79-91 Crown Vic chassis. Using the Lindberg 92-97 kit will work. Not sure if the 98-current Crown Vic chassis is the same. Anyone here know? If you go on the website Crownvic.net. That message board has members that know these cars well.
  19. I would be interested in the 90-91 Crown Vic. Will it have the correct 90-91 interior and dash guages? Would want to see a casting/test shot first. There was a resin company a few years ago that cast a 90-91 Crown Vic. The roof line was off and roof height was incorrect.
  20. Here are my 5 subjects 1. MPC 1968 Dodge Coronet R/T Hardtop 2. MPC 1968 Dodge Coronet R/T Feverbee 3. MPC 1969 Dodge Coronet R/T Hardtop 4. AMT 1964 Pontiac Grand Prix 5 MPC 76-80 Plymouth Volare Roadrunner
  21. Was on Model Round Up's site and read the Tee Vee Dune Buggy will be part of their model line up some time in the future. Has anyone built that back in the day? Anyone have pics of one finished?
  22. Where did the announcement about the release of these 1/8 bikes come from? Just checked Round 2's site , but did not find anything.
  23. So the Buffalo, NY Hobby Lobby's have them? So, if that's the case; hopefully they will soon show up at the Hobby Lobby down here.
  24. Down here in South Florida, I have not seen any at Hobby Lobby yet. The kit has been out for almost 3 months. Anyone find any Cyclones at their local Hobby Lobby? All I see at Hobby Lobby are the Pepsi Chevelles.
