  1. These are their own parts, the body kits will be aimed for 24-26" wheel fitments since thats what i aim for on builds i figure someone would use these on a mild custom version
  2. Its weird this kit reissue didnt get any options despite there being a Rides version and being one of the most customized cars of the mid 2000s. Ive decided to scan it and make a bunch of parts for it mostly going for custom skirt kit and a widebody kit. Other stuff will be custom headlight buckets and grills. One of the things i decided was make some custom wheels for the oem tires that are direct fit for the kit
  3. Finished scanning the 300c reissue so i can do a Bippu body and widebody kit for it and while i was ahead i drew some optional wheels for the stock tires
  4. As it sits currently, Two ikea drawer kits on a chopping board block
  5. yeah i owned 4 of them lol, its one of those bikes you really need to buy only one of, its pretty solid.
  6. Its a bike i modeled and 3d printed thats i just decided to finish it so its a bit rough but done
  7. I use urethanes for clear but rarely get the hardeners to last more than 2-3 years before it hardens solid i notice it happens when im at the halfway for all the brands what tips you guys recommend?
  8. Built a mockup car to show off assembled and painted wheels on Cults
  9. Name of the product and model number are in the pic thats the best part about Dspiae tools
  10. the stuff i used had a bit of give to it. the way i mount this avoid forming the tape on the tire.
  11. The red one gets pretty small
  12. about the same but crepe is what tamiya is based on eventually im switching to Kapton tape because it has better adhesion and curve but does cost more
  13. Yeah but having the tape not be all over the place helps these are more center than the original attempt, its similar to tamiya i got it from a local paint an body supply what you want to look for specifically is Crepe masking tape
  14. Tamiya white primer, im switching to a white with a slight tint eventually so it looks like a driven tire.
  15. I know mostly everyone is pretty much set in their ways with the circle template but i cant because i get picky about the black to white ratio on the tires. Too much whitewall is Kustom and not enough whitewall might as well be a decal" Ideally i wouldve printed my own with a separate whitewall insert but i wanted to keep the build box stock. the Dspiae cutter isnt it but it helps when you want to make the tape holder. I prefer the Olfa compas cutter because i use it as a caliper on the tire to measure how much whitewall i want on the tire since all tires vary in size. having both tools isnt neccessary you can do both with the Olfa.
  16. This, works great for styrene but ill stick to my Olfa for the tape
  17. PETG i wanted something harder since im using it to bend brass, also wanted something hammer/vise grade for people that cant squeeze hard.
  18. I had to design my own rig and make it easier to operate. its been consistent far even taking a hammer blows for a power press
  19. After driving a Hyundai Veloster its actually a neat concept thats practical
  20. thats sick i dig the changed front end
  21. Working on the 62 buick changing the whole front bumper aesthetics with modern lights and a different pattern front grille, pretty much the whole car is getting redone it started with the engine bay then it spiraled. yes its gonna be on 34" tall wheels.
  22. its been useful, its nice to have evenly cut styrene, it doesnt cut flush tho i think the blade flexes a little
