  1. ... so please feel free to.. PM me with any questions....
  2. would that be difficult to create? i think it would only foster knowledge, and probably help out some of the many cottage industries serving the hobby.
  3. lovin' the spinner!
  4. i never thought much of selling on the forum. let the semantics begin!
  5. ever read some of the thread titles on the forum?
  6. great resource. sounds as if you are familiar with the product line. assume there are additional special effects coatings. i think figure painters & military modelers rely heavily on Vallejo, but do you think car modeling warrants investment in the line? is it compatible with Tamiya spray? i think i'm looking for justification to buy! are the sets a value? or better to buy individual jars? does it require a clear coat (again cross brand compatibility)? thanks
  7. that looks great
  8. it does look good as is. but i do generally prefer a little "forward rake" on the hoodline, too. higher than the cowl strikes me odd.
  9. looks good. what's conventional wisdom regarding grille height in relationship to the cowl? even, lower, higher, don't matter?
  10. huh; i watched a utube demonstration. never knew it existed. do you heat it, too? thanks
  11. i guess there may be a hundred others, but i made a shortcut for this on my desktop: http://www.math.com/students/calculators/source/basic.htm since the workbench and desktop share the same geographical location, it works out well.
  12. something brought up in another thread: wire size and insulation size are different. compensate as necessary.
  13. you've been reading my mail!
  14. great resurrection of a classic!
  15. thanks. any shared tricks you have for getting the plug symetrical? seems you have the system down to a science.
  16. what did you use for a mold release?
  17. i remember the Chevy wagon kit. that trailer was a Big bonus.
  18. are you sure? i got nothing, then tried just the root address with .com, and got something quite unsuitable for scale modeling purposes. unless one was waiting for paint to dry!
  19. i just put on my headphones, crank up my favorite cruisin' tunes, and spray away.
  20. you guys need something like this http://www.airfieldmodels.com/information_source/model_building_tools/building_surface.htm
