    Thanks Brian Thanks David, I just started with 6000 and worked my to 12000 grit sanding and then some novice 2 polish.

    I’ve clear coated and waiting on it to dry to buff it out. I’ve also ordered some white pin stripes to add on the sides.

    Thanks Bill, I didn’t open the grill on mine that’s Brian Schindler‘s build but it looks good.

    My paint order arrived 3 days before the ETA date so I was able to get the 3rd coat sprayed on and it is now ready for the clear coat.

    Thanks Carl Thanks Dennis. I’m really surprised how well the 71 Charger interior, engine bay and chassis fit.

    Nice progress Dave. I use a 1mm Molotow chrome pen for adding chrome trim on the interiors of my builds. Hobby Lobby sells them.

    I added a couple decals to the engine bay and made some new tail pipes.

    Nice start on your engine Dave. If your interested in 74 Plymouth painted the 400 engines blue. Mine arrived today.

    Thanks Carl, tomorrow is my last day of semi retirement as I’m going to be going back to work full time starting on Monday so my completion for this one is going to be a little longer.

    Mike you have come along ways with your hood just a little more work and you will be able to look forward to seeing it all together with the rest of the car. Keep up the great progress! I’m looking forward for the next update.

    Now that I’ve finished the Charger I’m back working on the GTX. I’ve burned through my second coat sanding so I’ve ordered some more paint. I’m looking for some 1mm white pin striping I have not been able to find any so far. I’ve been working on adding some details to the engine bay still have more work to do on it. Thanks for everyone’s comments so far on my build.
