Maybe, if so please can the mods move it., but I want to see cars that are finished. I have some idea's, but am open to suggestions following finished builds. Heard a lot of good & bad about this old kit. Junkman, I've got an XR4i that may give up its running gear (couldnt find an Essex V6) if I cant squeeze a 302 in there.

Any you guys built the Revell 51 Ford Anglia ? Got any pics ? I picked up a body in a bunch of kits I bought. I'm planning on building it as a more up to date looking Anglia, without the wheels sticking out the arches. Widen the rear arches & use different axle / suspension ect. Anybody know what narrow axle / front suspension would be a good start ? I've seen the Perry Resin pro street chassis, so thinking of that. Also dropping another engine in, Ford 5.0 from Fox Mustang, or maybe a V6. Many Anglia's or Pop's run V6's here in the UK. Pics / advice would be welcome & maybe make things easier.

That looks just right Rdkingjay. Even those wide steels look right at home.

Would it use the AMT 63 kit ?

Wasnt there resin parts to convert the Road Warrior car into the 1st Mad Max Interceptor ?

My '91 Fox was those colours when it left the factory, till somebody resprayed it yellow !

Never mind the Camaro's, vettes & T birds. What about all the 57 Chevys ?? Loving every one of them Now can we have a new Nomad please Mr Revell ? Oh, and a 4 door 57 sedan. C'mon you can also see the sales in Taxi & cop car version sales . . . . . .

Thanks Sean. That maybe the easiest route. I can pick up a Louisville Short Hauler her in the UK, which makes it easier.

Fantastic builds, keep 'em coming Rosco's black n white looks cool & love the details on the plain wrappers. Wonder if the guy will bump his head after topping up the oil ? (done that too many times, & 57 Chevy hoods hurt !) Rosco's master plan pro streeter to catch those good ol' boys !

Thanks for the info. Fell at the 1st fence, with scratchbuilding. I just dont have the time / skill. That Volvo is some nice piece of kit ! Maybe a general truck car hauler would have been the better way to word what I'm looking for. I've also got beaters / Junior Stocks, & street drag cars that might be used with it. You've given me some thought tho.

Hi Guys I'm normally a car builder & planning a 57 Chevy pro mod, along with van & trailer to complete the race team. Got thinking about the AMT LN8000 truck until I saw the prices ! And they are quite dated now, to pair with a newer style build. Is there any other more recent trucks with a ramp back ? Or kits to convert one ? Seen a few resin ramps on ebay ect but they are more for pick ups.

The AMT LN8000 race car hauler would be nice to see.

Wow, 2 nice Monaco's from Mr Leopold. Shame cant save the pics to post them. Great interior detail with Sheriff hat & shotgun ect. Does anybody cast resin Sheriff's hats ? Only 1 I can find, is part of a truck cab set. Great set including, sleeping driver (in sleeping bag, not at the wheel lol), sports bag, suitcases, dog, cooker, coat, hats ect ect. I wouldnt use most of it, so just looking for hats.

At one time, I had over 1000 57 Chevys in plastic, die-cast, kits ect. I sold most of them, keeping the kits, to help fund my 1;1 57 Chevy rebuild. As the kits got me into the real one, I always planned to build them all (still do) and said I wouldnt buy anything else but new issue 57 Chevy kits, to limit my spend. Problem is, Revell's Limited Edition Range ! Oh, and those 57 sedan kits !!! I'm still buying but also selling some of the older stuff. Just dont tell my wife
