  1. Latest two kits from Alpha Models and the coffee cup and saucer you got sent if you're part of their "VIP" program. This shipment arrived in a few days via DHL from HK rather than the usual 40+ day trek from Wuhan via China Post.
  2. Ran past our local Michael's on the way to pick our lunch order today. Our local one is smaller than most, and the model selection was less than 20 kits total, but they had what I came for...
  3. My LHS just got these in on Friday.
  4. They had the box art placard, decals, and built production model in Vegas. I didn't cover it in my show run down because it's the same stuff that had been shown a month or two earlier at the Indy IPMS show. When I last looked there were 40 container ships at offshore anchorage waiting to get into the Ports at Long Beach & L.A., so that traffic jam has gotten worse not better. Albeit this is the time of year all the Christmas stuff comes in, so it would be busier regardless. The '30 will no doubt move units, a lot of people were not able to snag one the first brief time around, but it's also a bit of a one and done until the next time the '29 circles the reissue sun in like 2029.
  5. Because one is a piece of new tooling for an old cab/chassis they already have, the other requires a bunch of modifications to a nearly 50 yr old kit. Which as simple as it sounds, isn't nearly that simple in reality and might border on retooling the whole cab and that sends the financial viability right out the window.
  6. It looks like a direct repop of the original one from the 90s which was a street car as well without slicks.
  7. All the Taxi parts were actually in the original, this just adds decals and the figure.
  8. Might be too many Zs in a row. The ZG being the last new kit.
  9. Best part of the September video? NONE if those are actually coming out this month. Gotta love it.
  10. No it's what's left of the annual. They need to "One Run of Fun" that mess and revert it back to an actual Toronado.
  11. This has been added to the distribution list for October as well.
  12. This has been added to the distribution list for October.
  13. Well to be fair I'd prefer Round2 not invoke the Holocaust and Concentration Camps in media to advertise their products the way AK Interactive did...so maybe not so cutting edge as they have been.
  14. Two Tamiya 1/24 items for the "Fall", both December releases. Reissue of the 1983 300ZX, not sure when this was in the catalog last, but it's been awhile. Makes sense, much like all the Supra reissues when the new one was done. The 350Z "Track" was reissued a few days ago, all to coincide with the 240ZG kit. New tool will be the 2022 Toyota GR 86, the Gazoo Racing tweaked New Gen Toyota 86. No photos of the item yet, will be interesting to see if it's a straight curbside, or wonky engine insert like the first 86 kit was...also whether this one will be both LHD/RHD or only JDM like the first one.
  15. Tis true...
  16. Round 2 Live Stream I noticed when I went for that link there are supposedly already 15 people waiting and it's still 2 hours out. I'm betting the reveal of the Razorcrest test shots is the bigger draw here than anything that might get debuted for cars.
  17. The current cars I noticed there are a rather large amount of RHD drive cars available, but the supply dwindles to a trickle once you get back into the 80s. Perhaps that's more a reflection of how few still exist, or are being kept as vintage pieces now rather than the actual supply. Although that one Targa I did find claimed it was 1 of 6 Targas imported to the U.K. that year at all (not just that specific color combination, or options).
  18. Boy this better live up to the near daily hype that presumes no one can read a calender or use their clocks...?
  19. Hasegawa is announcing Nov/December on the 7th, so everyone else should be around that same time frame of early next week.
  20. That kit has been reissued since that 3 yr old post you replied to was originally posted.
  21. Well look at the on going mess that is the Round2 videos. Those have been going on for years now and still have things put on display in the wrong months from their actual release. Could the 911 Coupe be out by the end of October, I can see that...maybe if there are no delays or needs for revision from the production shots. Also notice that list still hasn't fixed that "1981 Z-18" into the actual 78 Camaro it really is, are the scales still swapped between it and the '69 Camaro too?
  22. They are separate pieces.
  23. There aren't any outside mirror faces on that P/E, they give you 3 parts to make a new inside rearview - 23 & 24, with 22 being the mount from the window. The stuff to the left of that isn't mirror faces it's the gas, brake, clutch, and parking brake pedals. This is also the downside of P/E, it's one dimensional. It's great for scripts and things like grille/radiator mesh, but for 3D shapes, most of the time a 1D piece of metal isn't an actual upgrade.
  24. Decals and instructions are the last things done, and given that the Targa isn't supposed to released until right around Christmas, no they weren't done yet. Revell didn't even have a proper set of test shots to send Ed to take to Vegas for anything coming this fall from them. Side note, I see it's got a RHD dash option again. That'll make the UK guys happy I presume. Still that's gotta be a rare duck, there don't seem to be very many of them that were made factory RHD. Searching for ones online turned up a 1 of 6 U.K. Targa for sale...so what...a few hundred were made that way?
