This is actually a pretty fun looking build .. did you have a visual in place or are you just wingin' it ? no pun intended, well, not totally anyway ..

Maybe it's time to call a responsible business ? If they can't keep track of appointments, do you really want them working on your house ?

Depends on the media you're using, but roughly he same $$ amount. That coupled with the "hit & miss" communication and generally poor customer service from most resin casters, it's worth the extra money to me. I hate ordering something, then finding out after I pay , it'll be 6-8 weeks before you receive your item . If you get any communication at all. I understand that most casters do it as a "side business" but that doesn't exclude them from having good business practice, which includes keeping inventory, keeping amount of product current with what you have listed in your catalog/website etc etc .. I'm not saying all casters are like this, but more often than not, you get stuck waiting ..

In time, 3-D printing will put an end to resin casting, the overall "sketchy" customer service and the ridiculously high prices. Think about it, being able to download a file and print up bodies, parts, even entire kits in the comfort of your own home. Resin casting is the past, the horse and buggy in a top fuel world .. I say bring it on ....

Yesterday, while on my way home from the VA, there was a funeral procession on I-575 .. from Woodstock on it's way to the National Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Cartersville Ga. so, It was lead and followed up by the Cherokee County Sheriffs Dept. Lights were on on all vehicles, 4- Way flashers were on, there were about 15-20 cars in total. It didn't stop people from overtaking, cutting into the line, basically driving like jerks. Have we sunk so low as a nation, as a people, that a Veteran, headed to his final resting place is disrespected like this ? That people are so self absorbed, so ignorant , so inconsiderate ? Is their time so much more important than someone else's that they can't just be courteous ? I see a lot of disrespect from people who are quick to slap a sticker on their car saying " I support out troops".. most of them should add " as long as it doesn't inconvenience me" .. ok, I'll end my rant here, I just needed to get this off my chest ..

I need to take a few minutes to make sure everyone see's this post. Some of you may remember a few weeks ago I posted some pictures of a few kits I had received in trade. The box and the kits were pretty much crushed. This was in no way the senders fault. The box looked like it's been kicked across the country. The man I was dealing with is "modelcollector" ( Arnold Hunt ) . I want everybody on this board to know what a stand up guy this gentleman is .. instead of walking away from it, which he could have done, he took the time to work with UPS, to get the claim settled and send me kits to replace the damaged ones . That right there says it all to me. I would highly recommend a trade with Arnold and would be happy to trade with him again ( provided he doesn't ship UPS ) . I just wanted everybody to know what a good guy he is. They are still out there, you just gotta have a little faith ...

shoot me now ... my x-wife did stuff like that, she takes meds for it now, so there is hope
