  1. I had though about those tires but the are to small. I want to use them on a rod
  2. Tom, Nothing easier than that. I used the engine of a Nakajima A6 Rufe Floatplane from Trumperter. The scale is 1/24. This engine is also in the Zero plane from Trumpeter. As an alternative you could also use the engine of Focke Wulf FW 190 from Trumpeter or Airfix, North-American P47D Thunderbolt from Kinetic or Revell's 1/28 WW1 air planes. Revell's engines are single row engines while the others are double row engines.

  5. Hi I'm looking for dirt tires (with the square pattern) like the ones from American Racing Miniatures http://americanracingminiatures.com/?product=esca-6-125th-scale-early-50s-halibrand-dished-mags-with-dirt-tires but with out rims. I had check catalogs from Modelhaus and Replicas Miniatures of Maryland, but I could find them. Any idea where I can get them. I don't want to bore out the rims on the ARM's set. Thanks for your help
  6. I had though about a chain drive but can't believe that a chain would hold the power of a 18 cylinder 1200hp engine. The torque tube will be connected to a gear drive hidden under the front via an automatic tranny to the rear axle. Seems a bit odd but thats how it Jarius draw it
  7. Now I got the chopped '37 Ford pickup cab from Flintstone. '33 Grill with '32 Ford front axle. Rear axle is based on a pewter cast differential from F150 NASCR Truck. Tires are from Tamiya's 1/35 Framo Halbkette.
