This was VW failed attempt to build a light commercial that is cheap and easy to maintain for third world countries. Failed because in those countries they want no special build third world commercial. Market leader in those countries was the Toyota Hiace. This is the EA489 Basistransporter or T200 or Horminga (Ant) build from 1975 - 1979. Powered by a Beetle engine, build in German and Mexiko. In Turkiye the used a better looking VW Type 2 cab. Before AC delivered bodies to Shelby American in the early 1960's they build this overpriced, not that attractive looking coupe. It was more expensive than a Jaguar XK150. Only 82 AC Greyhound plus 1 prototype were build between 1959 and 1963. They were powered by a 2.0l AC 6 cyl. or a 2.0l 6cyl. Bristol engine. Lat the Bristol engine was replaced by a 2.6. Ford Zephyr engine. The correct answer were sent in by: Matt Bacon thatz4u Ace-Garageguy otherunicon DonW Thom Congratulations

This time the car in question is a 1970 Gilbern T11. The car was designed by Jimmy English not by Trevor Fiore who is sometimes mentioned as the designer. The low roof line, the concave hood or the big panel at the rear would got his approval. Initially a 6 cylinder BLMC engine was planed, but British Leyland didn't supply the engine therefore an Austin Maxi 1500 cc 4 cylinder was used. The correct answer where sent in by: Mittagskind Matt Bacon otherunicorn Ace-Garageguy thatz4u Congratulation

I had search again to find out what is the correct number behind the F. It is very hard to tell if it reads F11000 as written underneat the picture on flickr or if it is a F14000. I would say that also otherunicorn had sent in a correct answer. Sometimes it isn't easy to get the correct identification. My apologise

This is not a pedal car and it is not a toy car it is a prototype designed by Gorden Bedson and Keith Peckmore. Shortly after the successful lunch of the FriskySport they began with the FriskySprint. It was present to the publich at the 1958 earls Court Show in London. The FriskySprint got everyones imagination. During the show the first glimps showed up that this would be only a prototype. Both designers got a new job in Australian and shortly after the show the left Frisky. And Ffriksy was in finacial trouble and were closed in 1959. The correct answer were sent in by otherunicorn Matt Bacon Ace-Garegeguy Thom Mittagskind DonW Richard Bartrop Congratulations and thanks to Earl Marischall for this idea

New truck/trailer kits?
carsntrucks4you replied to zaina's topic in Truck Aftermarket / Resin / 3D Printed
Those modern trucks are boring with their aerodynamic look with plastic bumpers, sideskirts and minimal chrome. But there are a few that are worth to made into 1725 or 1724 scale. What about an International 9800 COE or Volvo VNL. Get back in the old days a correct frame in a Mack Superliner or Brockway 761. A Sterling A-Line truck would be great. Also a Corbitt Tallboy or Ford H-Series are a must. -
