I seen this in one of my magazine's, you know one of the little picture's from a show and I fell in love with it. It's nice to see more picture's of it, I love the fact that it's two tone with the white top. Another awesome build. -

Sweet look's like you got it Blair, man I really like all your build's. Are you able to display all your build's at your house? I would be in awe for hours. -

Blair I know little about computer's or how they work ,but to get picture's on here you first need a photo hosting program such as Phototbucket or imageshack. You will upload the picture's from your computer to the photo hosting site, then copy and paste the image on here in the message box. Any of us would be more than happy to help. I like this one better than the '55, I love how it look's slammed with the hood off. Everything about this truck is perfect, I to would love to see picture's of the bed and underside. -

I assumed you had no issue's doing shiny paint job's.......you proved me right. That flocking is just insane...I am not even sure how you keep the color's from mixing. Great work on the hand painted flame's as well. -

You build some really cool stuff Blair, I only wish you had a bunch of picture's instead of just a couple. The split and weathered wood is very convincing, what material is that made of? Keep sharing, I love all your stuff. -

Larry that Ducati is awesome looking, I just built the Mike Hailwood replica and did the exact same thing as you on the exhaust pipe's......your's look better haha ,but I will get it on the next one. -

I thought that was paint on the exhaust, that's actually even more impressive. I need that weathering kit, I have kit E. You did a nice job on the decal's also, can't wait to see the ZX-RR when you finish it. I think my next one will be the Tamiya Honda RC166 GP bike or a race bike from the 90's era. As soon as weather permit's I will post picture's of my completed '81 Ducati 900. -

That look's good, you did a real nice job for that to be brush painted. I like the different metal hues and nice touch on the heat stained exhaust. I just got done building my first 1/12 scale bike and I am hooked. -
Don't worry too much, there are plenty more kit's out there for you to do even better on. I have had issue's on Aoshima kit's with the lenses not fitting. If you can try and modify the lense next time instead of taking a bumper or grill off. I just use my sanding stick and shave off a little at a time until it fit's.

Well that look's awesome, your thumbnail's turn into thumbnail's when I click them. We need big picture's. -
Look's cool, I just bought a AMT monster truck to build. Those tire's are huge.
-
Hmmmm yep you still have it Krishna haha, I alway's like your builds because there alway's so cleanly built. The 512 is awesome looking, I like the blue myself...I would love to have those wheel's for a build.
-
You didn't do a thing wrong, I had the same problem when handling part's painted with Alclad. They make there own clear coat which I assume keep's the bling and protect's the chrome finish from being rubbed off.
-
When you posted your rod I could see this kit next to it and I seceretly wanted to see picture's of it....now that I know you built it let's see some more. I always like clean wheel's on a weathered ride.
-
That look's really cool, were going to have to see a lot more picture's.
-
Wow you build up some awesome car's there, I love the look of the Nancy dragster...awesome work.
-
That has a very cool look to it, the base add's a nice touch.

Thank's guy's I really apperciate the comment's, the black paint was a pain I won't lie and It sat for a while before I decided to build it or re paint it. It look's better in picture's ,but it is a pretty smooth finish. I don't want to go tootin' my own horn ,but the bare metal foil job I did is probably my favorite part of the model. This is the first time I have used it to simulate trim and I learned quite a few trick's from trial and error. I say don't be afraid of the BMF, within probably a hour I started to get real comfortable using it. Thank's again guy's, build three of the year is almost complete! -
I got back into the hobby a few year's ago and have loved it ever since. This forum is the best there is, you will learn quite a bit and meet some really cool folk's.

This is my second build of the year and this time a slammed van. It is a Aoshima kit built mostly box stock. I switched the wheel's out for some 19" Kranze LXZ's and lowered the van as much as possible without cuting the wheel well's. The interior is biege with paint detail and a air ride setup in the rear. The tank and compressor's are made from styrene. The finish is black enamel with testor's wet look clear polished out, BMF trim. Thank's for looking.
